I read that the Halloween ep was a stand-alone and intentionally had no continuity with the series. Pissed off a lot of fans; they coulda made it a good story that still had continuity with the series........ but, IIRC, they still weren't sure about a S2 yet when they filmed it. I've only seen it once and barely remember it (it didn't make my DVR library for some reason). I agree about physical media; would add it to my collection in a heartbeat. I guess The big "T" is the only way to get it and that's not in my wheelhouse...... You're right about Cam's mom. I forgot about her. She did come across as an uppity B. Now that you brought her up, I kinda don't want Mommy Dearest to show....... It'll be interesting to see how Cam does with Daddy dearest, though. Also anxious to see how Maggie is when she gets back from D.C. and if she has any insight for the team........... also, how much ass she's gonna kick because of their shenanigans.

OMG! How did I miss this? Another fan pointed out that the shirt Kirsten wore in the last scene of the last episode (when they were in Cam's bed watching a movie) was the shirt Cameron was wearing in the pilot episode of the series.

That never would have occurred to me in a million years (and I've seen the pilot many, many times)....... Besides, not typically the stuff I pay attention to. Nice nod to season one though.

Okay, what? Ivy was behind the young Cam thing in the stitches? I hope that doesn't mean the one she saw in his memories when she stitched him at the end of Season one.
Why did Maggie move Kirsten's mother? It's not really fair that she doesn't get to know where she is.
Camille/Amanda was a short relationship.
They can't seem to decide if Stinger is goodish or completely nasty. Make up your minds, writers. The way he threatened Ivy was disgusting,
I don't think Kirsten should be too mad at Cameron. Obviously, it was an accident and she must trust Maggie somewhat. She did ask that Maggie run the program. Now if he had slipped up and told Blair without being threatened or something, then yeah.

Obviously, it was an accident and she must trust Maggie somewhat. She did ask that Maggie run the program. Now if he had slipped up and told Blair without being threatened or something, then yeah. SOOOOOOOOOOO glad you're caught up. Yes, the way I understand it, Ivy created young Cam. I read her as she did what daddy asked of her, believing he had good intentions and was helping him with his "great work" until she realized what a deceitful dick he is. But now that he's blackmailing her, she'll probably loose the trust people have started to gain in her. Her best option is to go straight to Maggie and tell her everything which would show she's trustworthy, but she probably won't since she designed young cam and feels everybone, especially Kirsten, would hate her. Yes, Maggie moved mommy. I think it's probably because she's worried that if Kirsten knows the location, then Stiner could possibly find out from either Ivy (Maggie still doesn't trust her) or another quantum hack where Stinger could read Kirsten's memories or something. Seems the ultimate goal is to keep mommy away from daddy. I do not like how they're writing Camille this year (and it's not her relationship with Amanda that bothers me - I think they were great together). They're being too herky-jerky with Ccamille. Just doesn't make sense the immediate move from Camus to Camanda and the reaction she had to just visiting a random trailer park. The writers are forcing stuff whereas they used to be fluid. Camille has been my favorite character up to S3 but, for me, the writers are screwing up the foundation they built). Shame I think Stinger is a power hungry evil beast. They're trying to make his status ambiguous so we'll think they'll end up one big happy family in the end, but I don't think so. I don't think he cares one bit for Kirsten or Jocelyn. All he cares about is learning how to become the most evolved mind/brain on the planet. They've still not said where he's getting all his money. If it's not from the NSA then it must be from a nefarious source. I agree with you about Kirsten being too mad. Like we said before......... for some reason they feel they need to keep putting a wedge between them two. Besides, since Kirsten got her emotions back, she ALWAYS over reacts to EVERYTHING (it's getting kind of old). I loved how Camille told her "Everything's not about you Princess" because that's how Kirsten comes across...... a spoiled little princess...... she needed to be taken down a peg, IMO.

I haven't watched last night's episode yet, but I did look at the pics and such on the Stitchers tumblr page. So, I do know the gist of what occurred. To be honest, I'm not sure I will watch again until Cam and Kirsten are back to normal. I just hate all these stupid soap opera tactics on non-soap shows. That kind of drama doesn't belong in this show just like it didn't belong on Friends (seriously that Rachel/Ross stuff was dumb). Either keep them together or never put them together! Don't put them together for three or four episodes and then have them in a fight for several episodes... Especially on a show with a shorter season than normal shows. This one only has eight to twelve eps or so per season, not twenty-two like network shows. Seriously writers, if you want to write soapy stuff, join the writing staff of one of the few remaining soaps (or even a prime time one), but do not fill a forensics/science show with unnecessary, idiotic, soapy drama! Ugh! So annoyed by this. I was hoping they'd make up by the end of this episode, but it doesn't seem like that's the case.

The angst between Cam and Kirst wasn't totally unbearable and they advanced from her disgust to talking about how to work it out. All the millennial ships are currently in dry dock. Seems the only one in a healthy relationship is Fisher..... It was an important ep for Ivy, too. It really is worth a watch if you can ignore the ship sh!t I really do understand about the soap drama crap but it's my belief that the shippers are the ones making waves on social media and email campaigns etc.etc. and getting the show renewed, so I expect the writers will keep playing off that to keep them into it. They hate when the ships have problems but revel in their happiness when everything is smooth sailing. Me? I'm in it for the long game. I'm too old to care about the shipping lanes. I care about the big picture story and want to see how stitching evolves, Jocelyn's brain evolution and Stinger's dastardly deeds.... oh and the Blair return, because I know it's just got to happen, and when it does it'll be....... interesting. Might as well stick with it, Angel, there's only five eps left anyway.............

I'll probably watch it this weekend, but I have a lot to watch.
I was hoping Maggie would step in and tell Kirsten that Cam let it slip accidentally that she knew where her mom was, but that she herself forced him to tell her the location by threatening to take him off the team or something. Maybe that would help the situation, I don't know.
I still don't know why they have Stinger looking like Grizzly Adams though. He said he loves Kirsten, but he doesn't act like he loves Ivy. Blackmailing her and all. Definitely no father of the year award with that one. And Ivy is supposed to be older than Kirsten, but they look the same age lol. Have they ever said how much older she is supposed to be? Or who her mother is? I missed some episodes last year. Didn't have the dvr to use then and I've apparently misplaced the vhs tapes I had them recorded on.
I wish they'd put this show and Shadowhunters on DVD. I didn't realize Shadowhunters was back on earlier this year, so I missed a lot of episodes lol.

aquaangel, S3E7 that aired on 7/24 is the best they've ever done. You'll also like the ending. Can't wait to hear your opinion.
