Dave Murray, Adrian Smith and Janick Gers I couldn't decide on one song, so I posted the whole damn concert.

One of my favorite albums of all time is Bloodline The first time I saw them was actually on this tv airing (I'm so glad this was on youtube). I was beyond impressed with this young guitarist and couldn't wait until I found their CD. It took a while but I finally found it and was even more impressed when I heard him play electric guitar. Joe Bonamassa:
The Storm (instrumental off the album)
The whole album:

You have all picked some excellent choices! In particular, bigvanray reminded me of an album (yes, vinyl..cassettes weren't even invented yet) that I grew up with in my youth, that influenced my favored style of playing to this day, i.e. fingerpicking. The album was Chet Atkins/Les Paul, playing some classics. Really, really amazing work on that one. No wonder that the following man, although its a quite different style, ended up as one of my favorite guitarists. Next to rock-n-roll, classical guitar is my second love. Long Live Yes!

As far as rock guitarists go, I'm throwing this man's hat into the ring. Another HUGE influence on me. Plus, it was my very first 'real' concert. Deep Purple, opened by Nazareth, in early '76. I've seen the Who, and Nugent, but I still think this was the loudest concert I have ever attended. Ears rang for 3 days...pleasantly Blackmoore rules!
