Don't you think that's one of the reasons IW is going to be a completely separate production from A4?

The "too complicated" could be true, but Marvel has plotted out their entire universe with remarkable consistency. I can't believe they don't have a solid idea of what is going to go on in those two movies.

I suspect it would be too obvious who's not on-set in A4. They might be able to keep secrets in IW quiet until release, but not if they're shooting A4 and key characters aren't showing up on set. It would also allow them to tweak A4 in reaction to IW.

Assuming all the sources are correct and the MCU will take a different direction after A4, then some of the current crop of Avengers could be canon fodder. (So to speak.)

I can't wait to see what Marvel ends up spending on actor's salaries for Infinity War....
