As nillindeiel said, trailer dropped this morning: Daum! I can't wait to see this movie! I'm kind of surprised they put Clark in the trailer... but of course, it appears just a dream of Lois'. Poor Henry (and Superman fans).Anywho... awesome trailer, lot of action. Aquaman is still kind of my main interest in this (seriously, Momoa just seems to be killing it). I'm just glad the guy gets to show up for any of the promo material at this point. So far it's been more like "Join the Batman club!" instead of "Join the League!"

I like Ben Affleck in general and I think he did a great job in the role. The only faults I found with the character (especially the gun use) come from the script, not the actor. By what I've seen on the internet, most of the "Batfleck" hate has essentially died down since BvS was released. Sure, he didn't blow people away the same way Heath Ledger did as the Joker, after getting so much flack prior to The Dark Knight's release, but I'd say most people agreed that he did a pretty good job. The writing, editing and directing on the other hand... now that received a lot of very well deserved hate once the movie came out!

I think he's one of those that it's like I finally feel it believable that he's both Batman and Bruce Wayne (Tom Holland as Peter/Spider-Man is another case like that for me), not just one or the other (don't get me wrong, I enjoyed the Bale movies, but Bale's Batman was always kind of 'eh' to me). Like you, the problem in BvS was the script (and, IMO, directing) - not the actor. With a good script, and a good director, I do think he could do an awesome Batman film.

Yeah, which is why I think it is such a bummer, that Ben stepped down from directing the solo Batman movie. He's proven with both The Town and Argo that he's an awesome director!

More more or more less from the chinese trailer: linkI've never paid any attention to the DC movies, but this looks interesting, with some funny moments as well. Great special effects! Might have to give it a go.

Not to nitpick, but wasn't Wonder Woman's sword destroyed in her fight with Ares? It was. I'll be curious to see if they actually show that it's a new sword in some way (either by literally showing her getting a new one or at least letting us see that it's a different one).
