I read fanfiction. I write fanfiction. My problem is that I'm not that big of a 'slash' fan, unless the 'slash' happens to be a couple that is canon. I personally like 'filling in the blanks' fics, especially those that depict scenes that we know had to have happened, yet didn't get to see on screen. One of my favorite AoS fics was one where we saw the time between May and Skye saving Coulson and then Coulson telling them to get back to work and having his talk with Skye in 'Magical Place'. When I write Fanfiction, I go to great lengths to stay write within the established canon of a show, especially for AoS. I don't know why I do this, maybe it's just because those are the stories that I want to read. caseyrook AKA Mechelle the whole world of fan fiction is completely new to me. I just went to FFN for the first time, and started reading your story about Coulson and the bagels. Had to stop for a moment after 2 chapters to come here and brag on you! I think you are doing a great job of capturing the essence of the character, and the story is very engaging as well. I love the fact that you stick to canon, this is like reading a synopsis of an episode I missed. What a win-win deal! I now know where I will be spending a lot more time. Between you and ayanami, I should have plenty to read over there. Thanks so much for letting us know about this You may have just given me incentive to actually *finish* that story. I have this weird thing where I'll be really into writing a fic but then my obsession will change and it's hard to finish because I'm not that into the characters anymore.

I was so happy writing Skyward and then Ward's betrayal and everything happened and screwed things up. I was just happy that Huntingbird came along shortly after, so that gave me new characters to focus on.

You can go back to writing A relationship that will never happen because Daisy is moral enough not to date an actual Nazi... again.

Apparently a certain administrator has an autocorrect hammer as well as a ban hammer.

Truth is, though, I've made my peace with the show going a different road than my stories a long time ago. I just write Ward the way I wish he would have been. Every long story is bound to become an AU eventually; I just didn't anticipate the difference to be quite so drastic!

I normally stay far, far, far, away from that ship so I've had no reason to fall I to that trap until now. Actually, I was never a 'shipper' of any couple, canon or noncanon, until this season. 'Deals With Our Devils' snared me and now I'm a stowaway aboard the USS Phillinda. Though, I might have to jump ship at the next port depending on how much psychological damage the two will have when they're out of the FW and safe.

Ok, ayanami, wouldn't you know it...the very first story of yours (Meaningless) that I just read had them kissing! Not just a kiss, a fierce kiss! LOL. Great stuff though! I liked it as well as I did caseyrook AKA Mechelle's story. Now I just have to get busy reading more of both your creations.

One of the things I wish that they would do with the Framework is introducing us a character within the resistence who is capable and heroic, but who is in the real world a nobody. The team, or Coulson, would seek and find him/her in the real world to make that person an agent.
If my muse can kink out the problems with the two realms slamming together this is a nice angle to connect the Buffyverse and AoS in a fanfiction. Together with the hell of the Rider and the Darkhold of course.

When I saw Burnell standing up to Simmons, that is when I got this idea. So, I fully agree.
