My favorite part of the article: Staying one step ahead of the audience in this storyline was one of the most challenging aspects of writing it. "We're aware that it's a complicated season, but we're also aware that our fans are our fans and have spent some time with these characters and are clever and see things coming sometimes. We have to write to a smart audience," said Whedon. "Part of our job is create not just what we are presenting on plot, but letting the audience be one step ahead of us and being one step ahead of that. We try to not just write the story, but write the story they think they see coming." I think that's why I love this show. For the most part, it is very smartly written and even when I suspect a twist that is coming I am always blindsided with how we got there.

I live in Canada and my cable provider allows me to see Agents of Shield about 3 hours before the US feed airs.
I just finished watching this episode and am still wrapping my head around it.
It's a very twisted episode and nothing like any of us have predicted.
Can't wait to hear everyone's reactions once you've all seen it.
Happy watching everyone.
