Nice to hear. Anything else would have been a travesty, though. I'm entirely sympathetic about scheduling issues, wanting to avoid "required viewing", and whatever else keeps Marvel from having proper crossovers across all their media, but if they wouldn't have managed to find a way to connect two shows airing on the same network, set in the same time period and dealing (in large part) with the same frickin issue, they could have shoved their "it's all connected" where the sun doesn't shine as far as I'm concerned.
Just saying...

Apparently, at SDCC they showed Inhumans footage where they mention "infected water" was creating new Inhumans. That sounds like a bit familiar, yes?

Just saying... I really can't blame them for the MCU/MTU (or more accurately the Marvel/ABC Television Universe) problem, since the MCU was planned out years in advance, and can't adjust to a 22-episode TV season. AoS will always follow the MCU's lead, since you can't predict where the series will be just two seasons from now. However, I think we're seeing the trickle-up of the MTU to the MCU. With Inhumans in IMAX theaters, the Inhuman issue will be impossible to ignore in the MCU. (Which makes me wonder if Inhumans will be involved in say, Infinity War.) I wonder if LMD's make their way to the movieverse as well. And let me add a Fitz/Stark scene would be awesome...
