I'm also one of those sad, Disney junkies. (No, I don't have an alter ego of disneyjunkie.) I actually applied what I know about landscape panoramics to the parks, with interesting results.
Blatant spam: If you're planning a trip to WDW, and planning to stay on-site, I have a lot of subjective information on many of the resorts.
