There are a jillion different ways they could write her character back into things. I bet the other actors are scared she would just totally steal the show!
I am going to miss her dearly, if she's gone for real.

Fitz sees a familiar face and not one he is happy to see. He passes out, the person tends to him. "Sir, are you okay?" He opens his eyes and says, "You...you died". She looks confused. "No, but I guess you knew my twin sister, Agnes". Dun dun dun!
Sorry, couldn't help myself. This would likely never happen, but is the only way I could see her returning. Other than haunting the nightmares of certain agents, of course. They'd never risk making another bot of her.

They'd never make another AIDA, but there's always a chance AIDA made another one of herself that wasn't activated but received periodic updates so she could step in if the main unit was killed in the Framework. Only problem is she didn't get activated when she was supposed to, but is sitting out there ready for someone to hit the 'on' switch.

Not only was she originally created from a former-brain-scan of Agnes, [presumably stored on a hard drive somewhere] the team now has not only the technology that Radcliffe created to produce original Aida, but the bio-printing thing-of-a-majig too! She could be re-printed a 1000 times, or more...

She could be re-printed a 1000 times, or more... Pretty sure the 3D bio printer went down with the oil rig. Besides, using that technology steals energy/matter from another dimension and that come at a price. Don't forget the earthquakes in LA when Uncle Tio was trying to play God. AIDAs printer pissed off the other dimension enough that they sent GR to take care of it. Hopefully, Coulson is Space Truckin solo and the team is still in tact and able to get rid of all that Darkhold tech. And I mean really get rid of it; not stash it away like Fury's phony slingshot program.......... Would be cool if there's an Aida-in-a-box that doesn't have a Darkhold quantum brain and, for some reason, she gets activated and her programing has her find SHIELD so she can be a shield..... However, after her exemplary performance in AoS S4, I have a feeling she'll be getting a lot of work and will be quite busy..........

AIDA didn't initially seem to be aware of the existence of Agnes, plus it didn't seem like Radcliffe had seen her in years. Also, if Radcliffe had used a brain scan he probably would have given AIDA the same accent as Agnes.

If they could have used the printing machine without it stealing from other dimensions or whatever, then they likely would have used it for Hope. I didn't understand that until the last episode, but I get now why they didn't.

I really would love to the actress in this show as a regular in any kind of way.
