SPOILERS!
Coulson was most likely switched after he left the 'Superior' and Daisy.
Mace was most likely an LMD the entire time or was switched after the 'Superior' freed him from that chair.
Mack was most likely switched before he found Mace.
Or these three were all caught and switched together after Mace was freed but before they caught up with Fitz-Simmons and Davis.
I'm still not convinced Daisy can be replaced. I don't see how her powers can be recreated artificially (unless the LMD will just invent reasons to not use them). If she is replaced, then I guess we'll know when she doesn't use them.
Now, does MAIDA know about the plan? Or is she just going to think that Phil is Phil and he's just putting aside the fact that she's an LMD. She didn't seem to be that surprised that he turned her on at the end...
My head hurts.

They are replaced but not in the way that May is replaced. They are replaced with them knowing they are LMD's. It all happened in between Mace was saved and Simmons found out that the boat had left. That is the missing time Simmons talked about. She heard the blast from Daisy almost killing the Superior. All these events went by fast and after that there is a hole in time.
The thing with May was a bit weird, yeah. I think that she knows. They all have a connection to each other is my guess. Connected by the quantum brains with only their personality as thin layer around it.

I'm notorious for not being able to follow the events of episodes like this where there are many people all separated. I usually only get the main ideas of an episode the first time I see it, so I was confused about the timeline, and didn't catch that there was a hole in time. They all have a connection to each other is my guess. Connected by the quantum brains with only their personality as thin layer around it.
My mind automatically jumped to HIVE's lackeys. They're basically the same as HIVE's lackey's except they are connected to each other and AIDA rather than just AIDA.

I also forgot to add that when they arrived downstaires, Daisy told that she couldn't find fitzsimmons anywhere. That also indicated that there was the time lapse.
It reminded me also on Hive. I don't think they will make it such a strong copy though. Will be interested to see how it turns out.

OR.... none of the four are replaced and it's Fitz and Simmons instead, who are now in the framework, playing out a realistic simulation to keep their minds occupied.

You know, I could see that happening. They can tell something's wrong, but have no idea it's actually them. I have no idea if they'll go there, but that's definitely a good theory.

I think Fitz is also an LMD. The fourth LMD is not Daisy but Fitz. He was also left alone when Simmons went downstairs to look for AIDA.
Only issue with this theory is that when the detector detects 4 LMDs Daisy is with the other three. But it can be said that because Fitz LMD crossed the detector earlier before the rest of the team followed that is why the detector showed 4 LMDs.
Am I making sense?

If one of Fitzsimmons is in the framework than it is Simmons. She is he one who discovered it. And she liked these puzzles. Fitz is happy as long as he is with Simmons. And it is a battle between Fitz and Radcliffe.

I think the previews for next week showed Philbot going after Fitz , so that pretty much says that Fitz isn't a bot. Plus they almost have to have a Radcliffe/Fitz showdown... Battle of the two minds. For that reason alone, Fitz cannot be a bot. Unless he made one of himself and put it there to help protect Jemma while he snuck around to find a way to defeat Radcliffe.
