The random clips thread gave me the idea for movies we know are bad (campy, bad acting, bad effects, etc.) but that we find enjoyable anyway.
I'll start it off with Return of the Killer Tomatoes, starring a not yet famous George Clooney:
I'm sure a lot, if not most, of these won't have the full movie up on Youtube.

My mom and me find ourselves watching any of the 'Sharknados' any time they're on. They're like a carwreck, you can't help but to keep watching.
I don't know if anyone else would consider it a bad-movie-that's-good but we also enjoy 'Lake Placid'.

There's actually probably quite a few sitting on my shelf that are technically bad, but that I absolutely adore. Two that are off the top of my head (mainly because I have their soundtracks on my computer at work and tracks from both of them just popped up):
1985's "LEGEND" (with Tom Cruise, Tim Curry and Mia Sara)
August Rush is another one (I took it for what it is, a modern fairy tale):

Sure, the effects don't hold up to today's standards, but those were the 80s, after all.

I see it it somewhat on the 'bad' end of the scale mainly due to some of the over the top acting (namely from Tom Cruise and Mia Sara.... Tim Curry is fine, when you're meant to be Darkness itself, chew the scenery all you want ) as well as some of the extremely cheesy plot elements.
