You should, even if you haven't read any comics but like AoS. I have not. Can you post a link, or is it just the printed comics? AND, stay far away from the new Black Orphan thread...don't even think about peeking at it. You have a huge delicious surprise waiting for you when you watch that show.

The Coulson Protocols AoS Civil War Tie In Vol. 1
The Man Called D.E.A.T.H. Comics Collection Following The Coulson Protocols
I own these, and another collection of AoS comics, AoS Vol. 1 Perfect Bullets, in paperback collections. The Man Called D.E.A.T.H. is probably my most favorite of the three. These are all fun to read whether or not you have read the other Marvel comics. The only problem that I have with them is that they don't established show canon so a few things are wonky, but it doesn't take that long to get used to them. If you don't like the prices when you follow the links, you could try reading them online via Comixology or finding them on Amazon, which I did. I found them worth enough to actually own them physically.

I still have some fan-fiction reading I need to get to first though And, I just noticed, my dyslexia is showing a bit (not a joke, I experience it a bit as well).. I meant Orphan Black, not Black Orphan.

I read the Guggenheim series and all the older AoS comics. I can't afford too read many comics so I have a rule that I'll only buy comics with Coulson or a comic that's considered a classic. For instance, I also own 'The Killing Joke' in hardback and a hardback graphic novelized telling of Harlan Ellison's original screenplay for his Star Trek Original Series episode (the one in New York during the Great Depression)

I also own the buffy comics season 8-10. Then decided to put a stop on the show. I also have some batman comics. But that's it. Okay aside from owning tons of Dutch comics

But I find the amount of good quality AoS fanfiction a bit lacking.

I need to take time to sit down for it. If I am really bored to death than I might write one myself. I have some ideas for a Buffy/AoS cross (since the Ghost Rider connects the realms more than ever). But my muse is still far from that.

If I ever feel AoS withdrawal coming on, I either write something myself or read something on FFN. I would never go to the comics for that. As much as I adore comic book movies/shows, and the themes of the genre, I'm actually really not a big fan of comics themselves. I own two or three X-Men and Wolverine issues from way back when the first movie came out, but that's it, as far as "normal" superhero comics are concerned. I don't like the drawing style that much - especially not the over-the-top both male and female bodies with the body-painted costumes - or the sheer endlessness of stories. Other than that I own Watchmen, a few paperbacks of Fables and the Avatar - The Last Airbender books.

When I was younger comics was the only medium for me It's too bad that there aren't any official novels of the show.
