Okay, a troll thread on IMDb (that was trying to attack DFX) got hijacked and has become a discussion about food...which has prompted me to throw this topic out there.
What are some of your favorite foods that you absolutely love and/or some of your favorite recipes? (let's get a culinary corner going here!)
I am a sucker for Salmon (preferably grilled, but we also do this oven cooked salmon that has a Parmesan/mayo type sauce on top that is DELICIOUS!...I can post the recipe after I get home from work, if anyone is interested)

I love grilled Salmon. Since I don't eat other meat, I always order Salmon at restaurants. Or Cod, if they don't have Salmon. I do not eat Tuna though. Outback used to have Norwegian grilled Salmon and that was the best I've ever had.

Okay, here's that Parm Salmon recipe I was talking about (for anyone that's interested). This comes from a cookbook that we've had for a while titled Better Homes and Gardens "New Dieter's Cook Book" Low-Calorie Home Cooking and it also works with other fish like Cod - but we've always done it with Salmon Parmesan Baked FishPreparation Time: 5 min :: Cooking Time: 12 min. :: Low Cholesterol :: 176 caloriesIngredients:- 4 4 ounce fresh or frozen fish fillets
- Nonstick spray coating
- 1/3 cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (we always do more than 2TB though because we really love Parm)
- 2 Tablespoons snipped fresh chives or sliced green onion
- 1/2 teaspoon white wine Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
- Thaw fish (if frozen). Rinse fish and pat dry with paper towel. Spray a 10x6x2-inch baking dish with nonstick spray coating; set aside
- In a small bowl stir together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, chives or green onion, and Worcestershire sauce. Spread mayonnaise mixture on top of fish fillets
- Bake, uncovered, in a 450*F oven for 12 to 15 minutes or till fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Makes 4 servings

Anyone ever had a cotton candy Shirley temple? They are good. You just use any kind of lemon lime soda (or ginger ale might work). If you have actual cotton candy, put a puff of that on a straw and stick it in the drink. Let the cotton candy dissolve into the drink, stir with the straw. In lieu of actual cotton candy, I have used cotton candy icee syrup. Just as good that way.
