Well, there's one Cash song here and another in the character songs thread, so I may as well make it a trio.



Of course some of the younger readers might not realize how much cars used to vary from year to year.  Nothing like these days where they keep a design for 5-10 years and just make minor changes.

The end of your song Hari Seldon made me think of this.

I thought about adding this in the "Vocal Groups" thread, but I guess it fits the "Off The Wall" bill better...


This is a scene from the German 2002 movie "Vaya Con Dios". It's about three monks from a small order for whom singing is the best way to practice their religion. After their cloister was shut down, they go on a road trip towards Italy, where another convent is located, but on the way they each are faced with different temptations, leading to the group splitting up. This is them reuniting. 

The interesting part starts at around 1:10. The scene before begins with the girl asking the organ player to play a different song than he's supposed to. She wants to hear "Wer nur den lieben Gott läßt walten" ("If you but permit God to prevail"), which is in German, obviously, but it really doesn't matter. 

Oh, and you might actually recognise someone in this scene!
