My impression is that she is planning to 'invade' the real world by projecting the consciousness of the Framework inhabitants back into their real world counterparts. It wouldn't be an exact match because of discrepancies caused by deaths etc. but it would be a pretty quick and effective takeover if possible.

It misses the need of the quantum brains in the show if that is the case. I love the idea though.

She is Pinocchio. She wants to become human. I believe her conversation with the Russian (to look through the Darkhold) showed that.
I'm not sure if she wants to export the framework consciousness back into the host bodies, or actually create a doorway between the framework and the real world. (We are talking about the product of the Darkhold, after all.)
If the former, then AIDA remains an android, and I don't think she wants that. Should Fitz create the latter, then guess what? Grant Ward gets written back into the show. Madam Hydra walks out of the framework a human. Then she and Evil Fitz resurrects HYDRA.
Oh, and I posted (back on IMDB) that it was a mistake for Radcliffe to tell AIDA that lying was okay, that one should never give an AI a conflicting view of the world. This is the result...

All excellent points! I also remember thinking back then that telling AIDA lying was okay in certain situations was going to come back and bite them. I also knew that the team's immediate jump to "AIDA must be destroyed" was going to have negative consequences. I said it already, but I find it interesting that Fitz, the character who was the most 'in AIDA's corner' and who would have been the most supportive of her is likely going to suffer the most from this.

She is Pinocchio. She wants to become human. I think she wants to experience human emotions but I don't think she wants to be human. She seems quite proud of who she is.
