This is a topic that I frequently visit on another message board I go to. It's nice because you can respond to it as many times as you want whenever you finish a book and it can also act as a kind of book recommendation thread too So I will kick off... the last book I read was "Blood Bound" by Patricia Briggs (Book #2 in the Mercy Thompson series). Synopsis: I'm seeing if I can reread all the books in the series before the next one (#10 "Silence Fallen") comes out beginning of next month.

I'm currently re-reading Stephen King's The Stand. It's a tome, but well worth reading!

I've read several of the Mercy Thompson books. At least six, maybe eight. And I think that is the last book I read.

Book #8 (Night Broken) is where she has to deal with her husband's ex. (if that helps you remember). Have you read any of Patricia's Alpha & Omega series books at all? (same universe as Mercy Thompson but they're about Charles and his mate Anna?)

I think I was waiting for the next one to be released in paperback. Yes, I read a few of the Alpha and Omega books as well. I forgot about those lol. Those were the last ones I read now that I think about it. I borrowed the books from my brother. I also like the Monster Hunter books, but I haven't read one in awhile. I also borrow those from my brother.

I just finished reading Six Days Of War by Michael B. Oren. I just started reading Physics For Dummies. And that's in addition to working my way through the Wheel Of Time Series by Robert Jordan.

I think the next one that you haven't read (#9 Fire Touched) just came out in paperback at the end of last month (if I'm remembering the posts on Patty's twitter and/or facebook correctly)

Do comics count?
The last books that I finished reading were the 'Coulson Protocols' and the last comics in that series.
I'm currently reading 'Hidden Figures' though.

Been a while since I've cradled a good book. I'm a fan of: Nelson DeMille Michael Connolly David Baldacci David Gibbons Dan Brown Steve Berry
The last books I read were The Rule of Four and The Fifth Gospel by Ian Caldwell. Tried 'em on a whim as the were like $.99 @ Kindle. OK reads. Kind of Dan Brown(esque) but the author uses more obscure, arcane historical references. Didn't check his bio but it seems that Caldwell is a bit of a literary scholar as both were about ancient tomes. He's no Dan Brown but he obviously does his historical research.
I hope to catch up with my favorite authors again soon as I'm well behind by about a couple of books each.

I'm good with counting comics. After all, they are comic books #4 of Patricia Briggs' Mercy series, Bone Crossed, completed (I think I'm going through these in record time for me).... Synopsis: #5 Silver Borne has been started
