First of all, thanks to DoTheMath and Jemma Simmons for your valiant effort to explain to me what I was confused about. My initial error was mistakenly thinking that Maybot and Philbot getting blown up had occurred in the Framework, which is what led to my initial statement. I had it stuck in my head that Daisy had destroyed Philbot at the same time she melted Mackbot's head. But she didn't, and it was still Philbot that went boom with Maybot.
That was dumb of me!
With that said, the conversation was scrolling by pretty fast, and I thought your explanation was that the LMDs were in the real world, and the quantum brains were in the Framework. I must have misread that, and that is when I got really confused.
So, once more, with feeling, let me see if I have this all sorted out now. The quantum brains are just an upgrade to the original LMD brains, and were created after Aida read the darkhold, but only exist in the real world and have nothing to do with anything inside the framework. The only things that exist in the framework are avatars, and [if we take the information at face value about the living/dying relationship between the real world and the Framework], the dangers to the characters as it now stands are as follows:
Regarding AVATARS,
Coulson, May, Fitz, Mace, and Mack,'s avatars, if killed, destroy the real-life characters, yet their LMDs could live on, or be rebuilt in the real world.
Daisy and Jemma, if killed in the Framework, die in the real world, and [presumably] have no LMD replacement bodies in the real world.
Which begs the questions, warning this is a slight 4x16
1. Since Madame Hydra knows there are infiltrators in the Framework, could she scan Daisy's and Jemma's brains while they are plugged in, and create LMDs of them in the real world, after the fact?
2. How connected are Avatar Madame Hydra's brain/conciousness in relationship to RealLife-LMD Aida's quantum brain? It seems that Aida has orchestrated the entire Framework-reality, but can she monitor it from the real world, as Framework-time passes by? Or just reset a new scenario, as she did when she added the 4 new members to May?
Which leaves 3 characters to ponder. The Superior and Radcliffe are both [presumably, going by the level of mutilation] dead already in the real world, so if their avatars get killed, they are done. At least, until/if Aida builds LMDs, which is the only way they could ever exist again in the real world. And, Agnes is dead IRL also. Original Aida was only a pseudo-copy of Agnes programmed with Radcliffe's misguided directives included, yet apparently Radcliffe had Agnes' brain scan to work from, so could a true-to-real-life LMD of pure Agnes be created by Aida? (not that she would probably want to)
