Disney+ and Netflix both put a crimp in my collections and in many ways got rid of a reason to own physical media. Disney+ has put most all of the "Extras" and then some out for preview and review on their streaming platform. Mind you I still prefer owning but Marvel stopped adding any High-Value "Special" extras a loooooooooong tine ago. But,
WandaVision on Blu-RayProbably NOT worth buying but this series is special for me as it was so well done.

I occasionally pick up physical media because I don't want to take the chance of a show getting pulled from a catalog or a service going out of business. I've had that happen before (lookin' at YOU, Prime and NEtflix for removing Farscape and then being unavailable to purchase on iTunes!). You're right about the high-value extras on the physical discs, though. Do they even do the limited edition steel boxes anymore? With some of the companies purging their less-watched library, I guess I should start to think about adding more physical media. Or at least buying the stuff I never want to lose as a download so it's there.

I re-watched Episodes 7-9 again and I was pleasantly satisfied with how impactful those episodes remain and their rewatch ability. Hahn and Olsen do such a masterful job, but I think their performances were over-looked because the material is for a "Comic-book" audience.
Hopefully WandaVision will get a second life from those who did not have Disney+ and haven't seen it. On that note, personally I feel that WandaVision was developed and created to NOT be binge watched as the "Stay Tuned" episode endings were timed perfectly! The weekly wait for the next episode built the mystery pro and con for the series. Con? Because many people fell into rampant over the top speculation and saw the finding of clues, chestnuts, and easter eggs where none really existed.
Now that the series has been out and the show and the character have been picked apart with most of the misdirects falling flat, WandaVision can be judged and consumed for what was there rather than what wasn't there and wasn't ever intended to be there. So much of the negative analysis was supposedly around "a missed opportunity" for the MCU and Marvel. (X-Men, Mephisto, Fantastic Four, Agents of Shield, etc, ad nauseum.
Not sure of content on this release though: "Disney+’s first-ever series WandaVision is dropping on DVD, and includes special art cards as well as bonus materials that will give you a deeper and closer look at the series." Also listed at retailing for $45.99 seems a bit high even in this Post-Covid, Post Supply Chain economy.
