Yeah really liked it. Been so long since we've had new content! Feels like the type of show that will require a rewatch or two to keep track of all the twists and turns.
Stakes are certainly high.

haxemon and Jemma Simmons: Still trying to decide if I should do week-by-week or wait and do a binge......... Hmmm. That's a good point. If it helps your decision at all, they left the first episode on a "Wait, WHAT?!" moment. It kind of feels like that's going to be the usual, given the tone and storyline. With it only being 6 total episodes, being able to pick right up and find out what happened next might be a good idea. Personally, I'm kind of like Veruca Salt from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory when it comes to the new episodes, so I watch them immediately and then find myself yelling "All I've got at home is episodes of Loki, Hawkeye, all the movies, Ms. Marvel and I want a new episode NOW!" for the next week. But that's me.

haxemon and Jemma Simmons : Still trying to decide if I should do week-by-week or wait and do a binge......... Week-by-week is your answer. Build the suspense and anticipation for yourself as well as try to get answers. WandaVision was a joy to watch along with the sudden... Stay Tuned It got me EVERY single time!! P.S. (A public service announcement.)
Don't go down the rabbit hole of "wishing" and "predicting" where the story is going for your own "Fan Fiction". It leads to self-inflicted misdirects and MAJOR disappointments when things don't happen the way you want them to happen. 😎

I have questions. I have always had questions about Skrulls within the MCU:
Having them immune to radiation is a "thing" that I suppose enables them to manipulate matter/energy for clothes or other things that they have in their possession? Or is it an illusion? - Do the non-host victims need to remain alive for the Skrulls who copy them to maintain the memory connection?
- It takes a lot of resources and technology to build all of the human containment pods that keep them in quasi-stasis. How do the humans stay alive? What are they using for nourishment? Where do the Skrulls get all of the materials to do that? Did anyone think of "The Matrix" when they saw the containment units?
- Are there side-effects for remaining in human form for extended periods of time? (I've never liked powers with no consequences or side effects.) I mean humans breathe air and create CO2. Is their "poop" toxic to humans?
- Given the number of Skrulls that are on Earth now how did they all get there and where are their ships?
- They live a couple of hundred years as compared to humans, but do they also have more offspring?

By no means are these meant to be official, but my thoughts have always been: * Any shape-shifters in TV or movies, you just have to accept the clothing thing. It's too hard (when it's not an R show) to treat clothes logically. Some shows/films do better than others but it's a lot of effort both in effects and writing to make it realistic. So most shows just let the clothes morph as well and don't explain it. * I don't think they have to keep them alive but they do as a matter of practice if something comes up where they need to access their memories again for some specific thing. * Definitely thought of the Matrix. We don't know how long they are kept alive so it's plausible that they're induced into comas where keeping them alive for weeks at a time isn't a huge ordeal. If we find out they've kept some alive for years then we'd need to understand how. * Didn't Talos comment on the challenges of changing often and/or being in a specific form too long? * I think we're going to get more details on the 1,000,000 Skrulls and how they got to Earth etc. * I'm not sure it's been explained, but the "he's only a child to human eyes" comment makes me think they'd be able to have offspring for most of their lives. Whether they choose to or not, or whether there's something we haven't yet been told where they can only have children for a shorter window, we don't know.

Numero 1: or at least Bullet 1 IS the answer. I don't like it, but yes, we all go with it and that takes me out of the moment. 😂 Numero 2 & Numero 3: is still a bit troublesome for me as you want to have the Skrulls be sympathetic characters that we can relate to or with. For the "Spy" game the Skrulls need to inhabit that person's entire life. That person has to be taken off the chessboard and replaced. Their families, associates, and the power's that be can NOT suspect anything. This is NOT a symbiotic passive invasion. Wanda kidnapped a town. The Skrulls are attempting to "Kid-Nap" an entire planet!!
I'm also intrigued with how the MCU moves forward. Over a million+ entities HAVE to be removed from the planet or hidden on the planet before the Marvels film. The Skrulls are creating a Selective-Prosecution-Blip themselves. YIKES!! I don't know if Secret Invasion will even go in that direction but it sure is fun for me speculating on what could happen.
Numero 4: Yeah, Talos seems to want to assimilate at all costs but it doesn't make sense if he has to sacrifice his Skrull-ness. I'm thinking Talos is shading the truth with his comment. The younger generation Skrulls seem NOT to be too keen to give that part of themselves up.
Numero 5: That 1 Million plus Skrulls have to have a way to GET to their promised planet so that is going to be a fleet or very VERY big ship(s). How is THAT going to be kept secret? That is a LOT of resources and energy required. Methinks Talos knew or wanted Earth to be a final one-way destination. Why else ask a Million refugees to come to the planet? This can NOT end well for either side. Additionally, the Kree are chasing the Skrulls across the universe. Just because the Skrulls have found Earth why would the Kree stop hunting the Skrulls? The Kree-Skrull war has been going on for centuries. Not sure if this is the case within the MCU but the co-location of a vast number of Skrulls to Earth IS a universe spanning problem.
Numero 6: The Skrulls are durable, adaptable and appear resilient enough to not just takeover host planets but replace host planets. Or is it just Earth?
