My theory is that Hulk is headed to Sakaar. Or more likely being somewhat lured there.
I think they want to tell the World War Hulk story and the way they'll set it up is that The Leader draws Hulk out (rather than the Illuminati exiling him). Maybe with literally sending word that he has a son Skaar or something else. Hulk seems a bit casual about it so I don't think he'd have just found out that he has a son and it seems unlikely he'd already know but not really have contact with him. So I'm thinking something where he's asked to help with someone dealing with Gamma radiation and that's why he has his "how to Hulk" binder etc.
When he arrives ok Sakaar or wherever he's being lured to, The Leader will do something to revert him back to the traditional Hulk personality. Maybe even working with The Grandmaster somehow.
I'm not sure they could pull off a story where Hulk comes back to Earth for the "world war" part, so maybe they change that to some other planet that The Leader tricks Hulk into attacking. It could still lead to the Avengers having to come stop him, maybe The Marvels ties in and Danvers or someone recruits some heroes from Earth to help stop the Hulk and ultimately help Bruce get back in control.
Could even end it with the Mr Fixit persona taking over.
