I can't wait to hear a bit more about the plot for this one!

Wow, the feels!
Looks like elements of the AvX storyline where Namor and Black Panther fight - not sure if it will end with them uniting to face a common foe or if they'll leave that for later. This is assuming Shuri takes on the mantle.

After watching the teaser a number of times I am awe-struck at what Coogler has achieved and what Marvel has created. The teaser is a Master Class in presenting to three different audiences. Veteran Marvel print fans, MCU fans, and the MCU curious.
There are aspects of Marvel that I have always wanted to see transition over to the MCU as a complete character in and of itself that should have a life all their own and drive parts of the "Long-Form" storytelling that made Marvel such an immersive experience.
SHIELD/HYDRA/AIM - Hellicarriers - LMDs never got their just treatment Asgard/Balder/Warriors 3/Hela/Enchantress & Executioner/Ragnarok - Came an went Wundagore Savage Land Atlantis Genosha
But I am rambling...
Coogler is respectfully and delicately shifting away from T'Challa, and it appears for this next film, strongly over to Wakanda and the grief and resilience of Wakandans. The teaser is emotional as well as provocative.
Well done!!

I hope it's not a plot point in the main story but something they address, let us get misty eyed over it and then continue on. As for "Atlantis" I don't think it will be close to the comics version. Too similar to what DC already has on film. I'm guessing Namor will come from another plane/dimension/whatever and be related to Aztec mythology. I don't think they'll even call it Atlantis though they may make reference to how their existence led to fables of a sunken city when in actuality it's a portal of some kind to Namor's plane/dimension. We shall see but this film looks incredible. I trust them to adapt the characters to the MCU in a way that fits the world-building they've done so far.
