Loved it. Even if the rest of this post may sound like I'm complaining LOL.
I will say I "survived" my experimental approach of embracing all the trailers and ads etc. with potential spoilers. I still got the surprise of seeing Reed Richards and Black Bolt. And of course the body count that Scarlet Witch built up in the 838.
But man, I was envious of the majority of the theatre where I watched who all popped when:
"Our" Wanda was revealed as the villain
The aminated universe was shown - X-Men '97?
Peggy Carter showed up
Ms Marvel (Rambeau) showed up
Charles Xavier showed up
I loved the world-building in this film. The concept of the multiverse of course but also the absolute points. Thanos somehow always happens, Stephen never gets the girl, there's always an Avengers in some form etc. And while we can't really know if these are truly absolute or if there are some universes that differ, but to me it all fits with the Loki series where there essentially is a set of touch points that align but things can vary a little or a lot. Indirectly, they've laid a lot of groundwork for Kang.
I think Strange's "didn't you chart in the 60s?" comment to Reed is a bit of a meta comment that could mean that in our 616 MCU the FF did actually exist in the 60s and some level of adventure (quantum realm?) will lead to them disappearing for 60 years or so.
One surprise was that they didn't really set up mutants in the 616. They established that they generally exist of course, but I was expecting something to be more direct in this film. Something Wanda did or maybe something Xavier did in our 616 to "hide" them. They can still do that of course. Strange might try to find the Illuminati members in our MCU only to discover that "our" Xavier has been hiding the existence of mutants in our universe for some reason. The Inhumans are easy enough to explain (hiding on the moon still or whatever).
I do have one last (probably irrational and very specific to my mindset) concern. I am really hoping we'll get an 80s version of Secret Wars but all signs point to the more recent version. Which if that's the case I'm sure it will be awesome still, but I like the classic version. Maybe they'll take elements from each one plus add in some MCU-specific elements.
Still, even with the avoidable and unavoidable spoilers, this was an awesome film and a great addition to the MCU.
