I have two theories that I'm dying to share but don't want to spoil anyone who hasn't watched all three episodes yet.
1. I think Steven was blipped, but Marc wasn't. Would explain the whole "I thought I had it under control" piece and some other recent changes.
2. I think we'll soon see Jake introduced. In the comics, there's a Jake identity that's a bit more street-savvy and rough around the edges. Could explain some of the missing time neither Steven or Marc seem to know about.

Actually, I also think Jake (or maybe Marc) actually either killed Layla's father or circumstances are such that he looks like he must have or something. Or maybe Marc thinks that Jake did but it wasn't actually him.
I wonder if we'll see Bushman and if they'll connect it to the Luke Cage version or just have their own version.

You mean when Marc was snapped when he came back it was under Steven personality?

You mean when Marc was snapped when he came back it was under Steven personality? No I think the other way around. Like perhaps Steven was in control when the snap happened but instead of his body dusting, Steven was essentially snapped and Marc was back in control. And not sure if Jake would have been snapped as well or maybe still around. So at the time of the deal with Khonshu Marc believed that Steven was gone. And when he blipped back Marc assured Khonshu that Steven wouldn't be a problem.

That last episode was something else... I'm not gonna lie I had goosebumps at many moment!! I wish they can keep doing stuff like this!!! One thing that I think Marvel has always tried to do and is gaining more confidence doing is to have a variety of shows/films. Early on it was subtle mostly. TWS was mostly a spy thriller, GOTG was a new direction as well. Now with the D+ stuff they're much further along. WandaVision was part comedy/homage, part twilight zone. Loki was its own thing entirely. And now Moon Knight is exploring all sorts of new territory as well. Marvel seems comfortable that not every show/film will be for everyone and that's okay.

Damn that episode was...fascinating The full psyche of the two main characters exposed, ill never say it enough you know an actor is good when you're don't tell yourself there's not a single person playing them! The Ancestral Plane from Black Panther was smoothly dropped (and its coherent since Bast is originally an Egyptian god in reality, it's possible she was one before or that the Egyptian pantheon knows her since African gods and the black panthers are kinda her avatar in a way) I'm actually curious if the third personality from the comics Jake actually exist tho there's a lot of pointers to it, there's a lot of settle in that season finale! Shout-out to that visually stunning last scene (and also to the representation of that Egyptian purgatory)

Yes very happy with how they've done this so far.
Not sure if Jake is being saved for the finale or for season 2. My guess at the moment is a strong hint/teaser at the end of the finale.

If i understood right that series was designed as a standalone As in one season and that's it? That's possible though that hasn't stopped Marvel from leaving room for more. But yeah it does appear as though Jake will be in the final episode at this point, rather than "saved" for potential future seasons.

Also i watched a video about people asking for a moon knight movie and the answer of the tv show director and the guy from the channel said something interesting.
The formula Marvel Studio has been doing so far is introducing a character then he "graduate" appearing in sequel or and in other works
It wouldn't make sense to make a movie Moon Knight because this current TV series is made to be his introduction and origin story it wouldnt make much sense to make a movie title Moon Knight when it would be new adventures
Tho it doesn't mean they wouldn't be a season 2 it's entirely possible IMO
Also said another interesting theory they could do more TV show that are a sequel to existing ones that looks like one shot but not in title like for example Falcon and Winter Soldier (Captain America and the Winter Soldier/White Wolf or whatever name they come up with)

They have so much flexibility now with movies or D+ shows. Even within D+ they can do short films, series or multiple series. It's really a lot like the comics actually. Some will go on for a long time but they can test things out in small doses and either leave it at that or come back to them etc.

Ticked all the boxes though not in a predictable way either. I was actually a bit worried at points that they might take a very different direction and wasn't sure how I felt about it. But at the end (the very end) I was thrilled with how they wrapped season 1 and the options they left for more. Either a season 2 or just the characters in other projects.
