I like the level of humor they're at. Not over the top but a few laugh out loud moments. Doesn't take away from the serious tones though (for me at least).

I try to be a Positive Pete (or Hopeful Hax) but I should clarify I'm not as familiar with Moon Knight as I am some other characters from the comics. Certainly not familiar enough to be horrified by some small changes or have very specific expectations.

That stated, I do think they're doing a faithful adaptation but it is definitely an adaptation. Which it has to be and should be of course given it's a live action mini-series not a comic book. I think some fans get too worked up expecting the exact same thing as the comics all the time.

gave up after episode three, I guess I'll pick it up from here...........

I went into this one a bit unsure of what to expect. Watched a couple of trailers so I wouldn't be totally lost; and, I gotta say........ I loved it
For me it did drag a bit at times and I FF'd quite a bit (which is something I almost never do during a first watch). They could have made this a 5 ep series and not lost anything, IMO. But, even with that criticism, overall I really enjoyed it.
Can't wait to see S2 if there is one, or the character again in some other project. He'll probably be less likeable, but I'm sure he'll be fun to watch. I wonder if a certain female avatar will have to give Jake a spanking in S2?
Definitely recommend and will watch again

haha, I did feel like I was talking to myself a little. But yeah I really enjoyed this one as well. The world building was amazing and while I agree it could have been a bit tighter I enjoyed a little bit of lollygagging in the characters.

I'm expecting lots more of Moon Knight and a few other characters here. Lots of threads they could pull on.
