It's interesting everyone seems to feel the same way about the pacing and it being due to the sheer number of brand new characters being introduced. From what I've seen, early drafts of the script had 12 Eternals introduced. It was probably a good idea to bring that down to 10, just from a pacing standpoint. linkety linkYeah if they were making all the shows and movies just for "us" then ideally it would have been two films or a 6-episode D+ series leading into the movie. But unfortunately we need that casual moviegoer money to keep getting more of the shows/films we love. I think that's what led to them trying to squish it all into one epic film despite the drawbacks.

Epic on TV didn't work out so well (looking at YOU, Inhumans). Also, that cast couldn't have come cheap. They needed Box Office Mojo to pay them all......... The movie could have been worse. Like i said, subsequent viewings will tell the tale (for me, at least).
