Figured I'd start a spoiler thread since while things are quiet here I'm thinking for some folks it might be due to not being able to go to theatres just yet.
Anywho...
I enjoyed this a lot but it did make me realize the MCU bar is super high. I had to catch myself a few times thinking "this isn't great" and realized it's my MCU expectations more than anything. If this had been a stand-alone story I'd likely have been thinking "wow this is as good as the MCU".
I liked the world building they did. Essentially implying that much of the Chinese "mythology" and traditions may come from an alternate reality/realm etc. And the potential links to What If? and other films were exciting.
As for the post-credits scene, my thinking on Banner looking A) like himself and B) pretty ragged is that perhaps he's already given his blood transfusion to his cousin. Or that it ties in somehow. i.e. he hit a roadblock on his "putting the two together" or maybe some fallout from the second snap meant he had to either split them again or maybe even try to "remove" Hulk. I know there's talk of Marvel getting the full rights back soon so perhaps they're planting some seeds for the more traditional Hulk finding his way back into the picture.

I saw Shang-Chi on Tuesday. I liked it and would probably rank it in the middle of the MCU films that I have seen. I am also glad to see a film with a predominantly non-white cast be so successful, especially when a significant amount of dialogue is not in English. Part of the success comes from Disney deciding not to release the film on Disney+ at the same time as the theatrical release. I hope that this encourages distributors to support theaters. I do not know how much Scarlett Johansson's lawsuit played a role in Disney's decision. One question that I have is how many shadowy organizations that secretly rule the world can exist on a single world? My guess is that the maximum is one. This is one trope that the MCU has overused. The film liked bringing back actors from previous works for small roles. I saw a lot of attention on Zach Cherry from Spider-Man: Homecoming and Jade Xu from Black Widow. To me, the most important returning actor in a small role was Tsai Chin, who played Katy's grandmother in this film. Chin's character has another relative in the Marvel universe. [Click on the link to see who that character is.] Knowing this is critical to understand Katy's arc in the film. In the climax, she made a difficult shot with a bow and arrow when she had not even used a bow until a couple of days before. Knowing that there are other badass women in her family makes that shot seem a lot less improbable.

I was really hoping Katy would describe Shaun's martial arts skills with, "He's not just good, he's crazy good!". Awkwafina and Michelle Yeoh were both in CRA, and I wouldn't be surprised if a few other members of the cast were as well. Funny you would mention Spider-Man since it seems he and Katy have a certain thing in common with their families. As for the shadowy organizations, it sounds like you didn't watch the Pitch Meeting.

Agree with haxemon: it was good (real good) but not necessarily great. Like Hax, i feel it's because the bar IS incredibly high. That said, although not "perfect" I thought it was really well done. I like the way the back story unfolded throughout the movie. MCU sometimes gets this right and sometimes not. I think they got it right this time. The visuals were stunning and the action was spot on. Glad MCU can do martial arts better than MTU (looking at YOU, Iron Fist) ** what is it with the MCU and ancient Chinese dragons? ** Thank God for Katy. Without her, the movie would have been practically without humor. Trevor and Wong helped, but it was Katy that kept the laugh track rolling. Things that make you go "Hmmmmmmmmmmm" : 1. What are the rings and where did they come from? 2. Why does my Spidey Sense have me thinking there'll be a future Xialing/Sharon Carter collaboration? (or is that just wishful thinking?) 3. If Katy ever has to use a fake name, will it be Gina? 4. Does Valentina Allegra de Fontaine fit into this "verse" any where? Seems her and Xialing would get along swimmingly........ 5. Did Xialing just create a home for The Red Room dropouts from the Black Widow movie? (welcome home, ladies) 6. In Loki, there were Tesseracts laying around everywhere like cat toys. Does anyone remember seeing sets of (10) rings, too? Are they Multi-versal, or unique? 7. Who........ or, better, yet............. WTF was Wong's pet? (I want one) 8. How much money did they waste having Brie Larson do a mid-credit scene in which she added ZERO value? Anyways, I enjoyed the hell out of the movie and will definitely watch it again.

1. I think that question was the entire point of the mid credit scene. 3. Due to being a comedian, Awkwafina's acting ability often gets overlooked. She got a few well deserved awards for The Farewell. 6. No bracelets, but a couple of things that look like rings and if I got the story straight, they were supposed to be rings before this movie made them bracelets. 7. If you mean his opponent in the cage match, that was Abomination from the 2008 Hulk movie, and it was even still played by Tim Roth. 8. Not as much as they did with the Captain Marvel movie where she added zero value.
I think The Cavalry would like to weigh in on this discussion.

In fairness, much of that was due to Finn Jones pretty much refusing to do any training. Of course, I guess we could still say it’s MTU’s fault for choosing poorly when picking him. Life is like a box of chocolates, I guess. Sometimes you get lucky and get the great caramel or peanut butter. Other times, it’s that gross rum raisin nobody likes. 😂

1. Uh, yeah. Gee, was I being redundant? (insert Dr. Evil meme, here) 7. Wow. I need to watch it again (and Incredible Hulk, too) because that didn't ring ANY Abomination bells. Crazy thing is...... as soon as I read your response I remembered previous post(s) about Abomination in a cage match........ Maybe Mrs. Math is right and I DO have short term memory problems....... The Cavalry can weigh in whenever she wants (love me some Ming). Her arts were good and others as well (Iron Chef), but didn't hold a candle to the movie side. Movie side has more time for training, shooting and choregraphy and SFX and editing. Yes, Jemma Simmons , Finn sucked. I bet Chuck Norris wants to kick his ass for lousing up the whole blond white guy martial artist thing. Second edit: Wait. Wait! WAIT!............ I forgot about Daredevil. Awesome martial arts in DD. I guess it was just Finn Jones that almost ruined it for the MTU as a whole. (Man, when he stinks up a joint he stinks it up bad)

Now for some criticism:
Why is it always so easy to escape the evil lair? Throw in a little humor and some speedy cars and no one will notice, right? Does the movie industry have some sort of agreement with Asian countries that they MUST have a martial arts fight scene on bamboo scaffolding? Why does the hero always instantaneously master their new toys/power? Where was the learning curve? Shawn weilded them rings like he was born with them.

I feel like after starting to watch more and more martial arts movie I realized how rare were the TV shows with some really good scenes.... Also for the Abomination, he didn't really looked like that in the Hulk movie and his current look is the comic one. Also to contrast hard with Finn Jones who pretty much did nothing in matter of training his co-star Jessica Henwick did 6hrs of training on every training days for the role I won't miss the opportunity to praise her because I liked both the character and the actress and im kinda happy to see her on the next Matrix movie!
