Well, if no one else wants to say it, I will.
WTF?
It seems almost impossible to wrap all this up in one episode, unless it's going to be two hours long. Loki has already announce a season 2, so maybe we'll see a season two of FaWS.
Sharon is evil? I was only kidding about the woman scorned thing. She may not only work for the Power Broker...
The Wakandins (what do you call someone from Wakanda?) are taking Zemo to the Raft? That seems... an odd choice.
Sam nor Bucky mentions Walker was kind of more super-soldiery? Did I miss the part where they knew he took the serum? And anyone else think Walker's elevator no longer reaches the top floor? I'm going to be disappointed if Sharon is the one behind Walker's benefactor...
The boat scenes were nice, but it seemed to be a lull in the story that didn't need to be there. I have to admit, I laughed when Sam told Bucky not to hit on his sister...
And I gotta wonder what little tricks the Wakandins put into Sam's wings. Maybe he got Redwing back, only this time, made of vibranium so no one can break him, lol.

Just saw it and yeah, wonder how they're going to wrap up everything... As for Walker i wonder if they'll go to the US Agent path.

If the case was just the equipment he had before (possibly with modifications), then why wouldn't they show it? Yes, they do show him flying in the preview, but again, they don't show inside the case. Very often with these shows, what they don't show is more important than what they do show. Similar to what was said about things being out of sequence with Walker's shield, Sam's training seemed likewise out of sequence. In the scene with Bucky, Sam didn't miss the shield once unless you count the times it went straight to Bucky. Then, after talking to his sister, Sam is completely unable to catch the shield. I get that progress needs to be shown during a training montage, but perhaps it would look better if he wasn't shown at 100% a couple scenes earlier.
Who is going to be the villain in the last episode? The GRC they are showing appears to be more evil than Karli by a long shot. Granted, Sam already said he only disagrees with the methods and not the cause, but are they going to fight the bad guys to help the worse guys or somehow miraculously take down the GRC and stop Karli in one battle?

One thing to keep in mind is that they apparently removed an entire sub-plot about a virus. That was going to be the main thing Karli's group started out trying to do - get the vaccine to people in need. There is speculation that the original story even had the Power Broker be the one behind the virus so he could sell the vaccine. Which has been done in films before of course, but not in the middle of a pandemic.
So yeah, some of the editing stuff that sticks out (Sam's training) could be a result of shuffling around already-shot footage/scenes to fit the new storyline.

You know what's inside the case, and why it's a reveal for the finale, lol.
I mean Bucky had the Wakandan's make it. It can only be one thing, right?
I'm just wondering what new bells and whistles it has. Upgrades always have new cool stuff. Every James Bond flick proves that...

That certainly would explain why the story seems so disjointed and uneven at times. Gotta wonder what changes were made, and probably not for the better. Someone needs to leak the original storyline...

It's mostly speculation of course, but holds water for the most part. While I would have rather seen the original story I can't blame the studio for wanting to steer clear of an ongoing pandemic. They'd have no way to know how things were going at the time of release (global health wise or just politically). Plus the whole "don't offend China" thing.

(I removed the video link...) Well, damn. (Oh, and spoon China, lol...)
I'm gonna have to go back and watch the series to try to figure out what was added. Taking something like that out of the storyline would be a major deletion.
If true, my initial guess is Bradley and some (or much) of Sam's sister/boat. Both seem completely unnecessary to the plot (so far, at least) and could have just been dropped in as filler. (Maybe even the Nakajima thing, but that might be there to show what Bucky was doing for the past six months.)
Oh, and previously I said the Wakandans sending Zemo to the Raft was an odd choice. Well, I've changed my mind. I didn't know Thunderbolts was pretty much confirmed for D+. (That's what I get for searching to see if the original plot was online, lol...) That's okay, I like Zemo a lot more in FaWS than in Civil War...
And an interesting article on a possible season 2:
