Great episode, clearly my favourite so far. Lots of butt kicking, lots of cool co-/guest stars, and almost no talk about bank loans! 
(Plus, the one mention of it actually did lead to more butt kicking, so... I'll allow it! )
Also, just how awesome was Bucky going full Winter Soldier mode? Even - or rather especially - since it was just for show and he wasn't actually out to kill people.
Baron Zemo finally joins the show. Nice! My one tiny "gripe" here: He's probably the only one in the cast who I know speaks German without a weird accent... and he doesn't even get to!
I have to wonder, though, just how long did Bucky plan that "hypothetical" prison break in order to smuggle that key card into Zemo's book.

Sooo... Sharon is there now, too. And this time she's brought connections. And secrets. And a personality!!! I mean, I gotta agree that she's kinda awful now, but dang, that woman had more character in two minutes of the show, than she had in all her movie appearances combined! Well, good for you, girl! About damn time, too!
Aaaaand Karli Morgenthau is officially a psycho! Man, they almost had me with that whole "I do bad stuff, but only to provide food and shelter to people in need!" stick. But, yeah, I don't really remember Robin Hood tying up his enemies only to then go ahead and light them on fire. Kinda puts a damper on the whole "hero" thing.
