Just finished watching this! It was a fun movie! Yeah, I saw it the other day and thought it was pretty fun as well. More or less on par with the other ones, and, well, let's face it, they're all not exactly Oscar material. It was pretty cool that they also got a lot of the original side characters back, like Ted's dad and Missy! And I honestly just now realised that William Sadler actually played Death in the 1991 movie as well! I think I just kinda assumed that they recast the role, but nope! That was him as well, 29 years ago! As far as "the girls" are concerned, I'm a bit torn on how to feel about the recast. First of all, I have no idea whether the original actresses were offered the roles back or not. That aside, though, it's probably not a coincidence that the ladies were the only noteworthy characters that were recast, with "sexy" actresses ten years younger than the originals no less. BUT, I also have to admit that I love both actresses that they cast for Joanna and Elizabeth. Jayma Mays, aka Charlie from Heroes (or Miss Pillsbury from Glee ) and Erinn Hayes, who not only reminds me of Emma Caulfield like crazy, but who also did this amazing shortfim a while back:

I'll reserve comment on the age part until I've seen it.
