I thought about putting this in the Star Trek area under DS9, but Rene Auberjonis done more than that. Heck, I can remember his guest appearance in The Bionic Woman back in the 70's, not to mention his time as a regular on Benson.

I knew him as the *original* Father Mulcahy and that was well before I ever started watching Star Trek and discovered Odo.

In the movie it was Father John Mulcahey while in the television series it was Father Francis Mulcahey. On a side note, just how young were you when watching this deservedly rated R movie?

It's hard to say. 13 or 14 I think? And I saw *lots* of R-Rated stuff before I was 17. My Mom didn't care and it was my *grandma* who first rented the MASH film for me from Family Video. BTW: William Christopher's Father Mulcahy's name was retconned so many times that he was finally given a long full name in seaaonn8's "Nurse Doctor": Father John Patrick Francis Mulcahy.
