Emergence...

Yeah, it was kind of giving me vibes of Manifest (which got boring and somewhat convoluted after so many eps) or that alien show with Eddie Cibrian in it (that's all I remember about it except that it was boring and had something to do with aliens). Or that show that I think had the word Whispers in the title, but not sure. I only stuck with it because I wanted to find out what the heck was going on lol, plus it had Milo Ventimiglia in it and I love him, so yeah. But, I think it kind of had a sucky ending. It wasn't really boring, but there just wasn't much pay-off at the end.

I get the feeling Emergence is going to get boring real fast and then have a sucky ending. It's one of those shows that would likely need star power behind it [to survive] and I've never heard of this actress before that show with her and the dog that didn't last. I don't see this show getting a second season, in fact it will probably be gone before its first season is even finished. I could be wrong, but either way, I'm skipping it.

So far none of the new shows that I know of are any that I intend to watch. Except Heart of Life. Or at least I thought that was going to be a series, but according to the old site from whence we all came, it's a TV-movie. There's no airdate yet though.

Well, CBS is reportedly making a Walker remake starring Jared Padalecki, so I'd probably try that one. It would be great if they put that on right after Macgyver though because Jared and Lucas [Till, who plays Mac] look very similar. I'd definitely want a crossover too lol. Jared also played Mac's nephew in a pilot years ago that didn't get picked up. I saw it on you tube though, so maybe it's still there if anyone wants to watch it. Anyway, I don't think Walker will be out this pilot season, probably the next one.
