For those who still like to hold physical media, Target has a B2G1 offer right now that includes Dr. Strange.
It's a better deal than the $5 pre-order deal Target usually has. (Rogue One is still in the $5 pre-order phase. Pity.) So (for me) the Blu-Ray for Dr. Strange ended up costing just over $16.
(It's not available for pre-order on Amazon, since Disney and Amazon are currently in this pissing match...)

Wow! That was really nice of them. I'm not a huge fan of those types of figures personally. It just kind of bothers me that they never color the eyes... Especially on some characters whose eyes are one of the most noticeable things about them. Still, if I found certain ones cheap enough, I'd probably buy them if I had the money. Then I'd paint the eyes the right color lol. I'm kind of tempted to buy the Ash one, but I'd rather save up for the Ashy Slashy puppet lol.
Does anyone know if redbox will have Doctor Strange before Netflix (which is sometime next month)?

Just watched the movie. It was entertaining. I thought he got his powers a bit too quickly though. Still, cool movie.

OK, this got asked on the Doctor Strange board on IMDb the day before it went kaput.... and I did answer it for them (hopefully they saw it), but I thought the answer to it was interesting enough to bring over here for those that might have been curious. digitalcat2012 on IMDb had asked: First, I had noted, that as far as I recall he never walks out of a building in London in the movie. The only time a street address is mentioned is, I believe, when he walks out of the New York sanctum. I'm assuming that digitalcat2012 was referring to the fact that 177A Bleeker Street seems like a nod to another character Benedict plays (Sherlock and 221B Baker Street.) Digging into the history of the address and how it pertains to Doctor Strange, I found this article: [CBR.com: What's The Origin of Dr. Strange's Address]

that is a cute present nillindeiel . is that the winter soldier behind him? One of my Winter Soldiers, yup (it's the one from Civil War... standing next to him - out of frame - are the masked and unmasked WS bobble heads from CA:The Winter Soldier (plus also Black Panther)... on the *other* side of my desk I also have Groot, Baby Groot and Doctor Strange (plus some Smaug figures as well as Labyrinth figures). I really need to cut back *lol* But hey, my desk at work definitely has personality

Just watched it. I thought it was awesome! Just as I was hoping. If I hadn't known previously that BC was English, I wouldn't have guessed from this movie. Though I'm not really familiar with his natural accent. The only other thing I've seen him in is Star Trek Into Darkness... And I can't recall his accent from that movie. His voice in Dr Strange reminded me of another actor's voice, but the name is alluding me at the moment. Sherlock Holmes is on my Netflix "to watch" list though.

Honest trailers (https://youtu.be/Ffc6y_yzOU8) pointed out that he sounds like (the English) Alan Rickman as (the German) Hans Gruber in Die Hard trying to do an American accent in order to fool McClane when he gets caught by him.... and now that they pointed it out, I can't unhear it *lol* I do think BC did a good job at the accent though. There were a few times here and there where I thought his R's slipped a little bit, but on the whole, it was well pulled off - though it did take some getting used to, as I'm pretty familiar with his natural accent (get to watching Sherlock Holmes! )

I know who he is, but not familiar enough with his voice. I'm fairly sure it's an American actor that I'm thinking of. It will probably come to me when I'm not even thinking about it.

Just watched the movie and I have to say that I disagree with the praise members on this board have given this film. Yall WAY understated how good it is. Was expecting total and complete mind coitus, but was instead treated to VFX nirvana intertwined with a great story that never lost it's impetus. Definitely one of the best that Marvel Studios has put on the screen.
