Time to move on to the avenger of our team.
My favorite moments: Backing up for Fitz when he searched for clues about the portal and what happened with Simmons Saving Simmons when they were undercover in Hydra Kicking all kinds of ass.

I agree covering for Fitz was one of her finer moments. Right along with her cheeseburger comments, while Hunter was babbling about mushroom soup.
Yet I am going to have to double down with my favorite May moment, about the scene in the Cayman Island bank... "she likes your tie"... just all the fake translations crack me up!
Point worth mentioning, which I am sure many of you already know, is that for many of the fight scenes, Felisha (multi-woman) was actually her real-life stunt double. Quite an athletic woman!

Although I was excited to see Mockingbird come to the show, I let my expectations get the better of me and was therefore disappointed in how she was portrayed. My fault. I wa expecting Mockingbird and got Bobbi Morse......
Although she had good fight scenes, the hair flips and super hero poses were too over the top for me. Additionally, for me, her betrayal was way worse than Mack's. I used to get really pi$$ed - on the "other" board - how people totally vilified Mack for his betrayal but seemed to give Bobbi a pass.
All that said, my favorite Bobbi moment was when Ward tortured her. Now don't get your undies in a wad; it's not because I'm a sick, depraved bastard. It's because those scenes show just how tough she was. She didn't let torture derail her from her convictions and then followed it up by kicking some serious ass, even though her outcome was bleak. Sacrificing herself so that Hunter didn't get killed by the bobbi-trap, didn't hurt either..........
Second favorite - Bobbi likes Star Wars

I wa expecting Mockingbird and got Bobbi Morse...... Now I wonder: what did you expect when you expected Mockingbird? Well, I wasn't expecting a super hero in a super hero costume, but I was expecting a lot more from the character. Bobbi is super intelligent (Fitz/Simmons/Stark/Banner intelligent) and that was barely touched on. She also had her mimicry ability, which was only barely touched on. They only made reference to her being Mockingbird in a barely noticeable way near the end of her run. As you stated in your OP, Bobbi Morse, as Mockingbird, is/was an Avenger. I never got the sense that that we had an Avenger level character on the show. She was just another badass agent......

- Holding up under Ward's torture and even kicking his ass
- Dancing through the ashes of her enemies
- Backing up Fitz in his search for Jemma
- Interrogating Bakshi
- Every "Don't die out there!". He likes to hear it.

More than once I had to defend the extreme amount of skills and talents that Bobbi has by saying that she is suppose to be of avenger level. Which is why DoTheMath reaction kind of suprises me. She did have a PDH in biochem (Simmons field of expertise) and extreme talent for learning languages, among things. She didn't really like do lab work, which Mockingbird does. But still... I do think she was of avenger level.

The Avengers in the movies aren't exclusively about getting the best of the best of the best. They're also about personal connections, especially with the newer recruits. If Fury had send Bobbi Morse to babysit Tony Stark and later recruit Banner, then it would have been her now up on those movie posters. The only reason that might have spoken in favour of BW over Bobbi was - I would assume - Natasha apparently being "comfortable with anything". Of course this is just speculation, but I would assume, had the roles of Black Widow and Mockingbird in the MCU been reversed, the Illiad and with it the Monolith would have ended up on the bottom of the ocean.

I love Bobbi's fight with Ward....right after he tortured her. I also love all of her scenes with Hunter!
