Well... f*ck. End of an era!

I'm already anticipating all the heart-wrenching behind-the-scenes videos that are gonna come out eventually, showing how the cast deals with it.

I can't imagine how sad the table read must have been.

I'm just glad we still have another season to look forward to. I might not be as in love with the show anymore as I was during its first few seasons, but AoS will still always remain one of my all-time favourite shows. I hope all the cast and crew will continue to do great things after this!

I stumbled across this thread yesterday. Excerpts from the final table read have been posted. It seemed rather light for much of the read, but the end was a different story. For example, note what happens at the 11:25 mark. I suspect the real emotions came during filming with announcements like, "That's a series wrap for [Clark Gregg, Chloe Bennet, Elizabeth Henstridge, etc.]."

Of course, this was not the first table read that could have been the last. When they did the fifth season finale, there was a lot of doubt about whether there would have been a sixth season.
