The last episode was nice, a new badass character and Julia was awesome SyFy really screwed the pooch on this ep. Damn good ep but every time they cut to a commercial, it was mid-sentence; and the show ended the same way (hell, I don't even know if it WAS the end.....). So different from S1, but still great. This show is doing just about everything right.

I don't have any commercials when i watch The Magicians. And what do you mean by "ended the same way" ? Like the previous episode ?

I'll try and catch the ep on one of their occasional re-runs.......

What are you talking about? I don't recognize this name (and my search engine gived me nothing).

What are you talking about? I don't recognize this name (and my search engine gived me nothing). In the episode titled "Word Bond", the character Friar Joseph is played by Jamie Harris, who also played Gordon on AoS S2.

Episode 10 was nice I loved to learn what kind of magician was Julia, basically she can do almost anything (she can't do inherent stuff like Traveler teleportation i guess) And the Order of the Library begins to take shape at last! Also, Kady is such a hypocrite, she's sending Julia to prison because she's not ok but she can use all means to kill Raynard even if it's incredibly dangerous?

I won't watch it until this weekend, so I'm leaving your spoiler hidden until then. Good to know that you liked it. I can't wait to see it.

I knew Julia was/is powerful from stuff I read on line. You're right that it's cool knowing her specialty. She's been my favorite for most of the series. As for Kady being a hypocrite: they all have had their moments. Seems like they all live in a gray world where the line between good and evil continues to act like a sine wave. Next ep looks awesome
