Just how epic was this year's crossover event in the Arrowverse?!? Oliver and Barry taking on each other's abilities and (at least briefly) personalities - best. thing. ever!! I think Oliver might have just smiled more times in these three episodes than he did in the entire run of Arrow combined!

And Barry's thoroughly non-ironic "You have failed this city" had even me convinced there for a second.

Damn, now I wonder what deal Oliver made in the end there. It's like Coulson all over again, damnit!

Goes to show once again just how much Marvel and DC rip off of each other.

The X-Men's Sentinels: Check.

Über-powerful bald guy, who talks about balancing things: Check.

The leader making an unknown deal to save the day: Check.

A book with mysterious powers: Check.

My only "gripe" would be that the crossover was maybe a bit weak on the villains front, but it still was an incredible amount of fun, so I'll give them a pass on that.

I enjoyed it too, and had the exact same thought about Oliver's deal. I think from now on any deal that involves great bodily harm and physical sacrifice should be called "Making a Coulson".
It was good to see Oliver smile; this year on Arrow has been so dreary. I hope his deal isn't what creates the Really Screwed Up future Star City (instead of our present just screwed up Star City). Did you watch Legends yet? I loved the throw away line about how they weren't getting together with Oliver and Barry this year.

Ollie did something similar in The Tide That Binds episode last season with FBI agent Watson in order to take down Ricardo Diaz.
