Well, all right, since I said I'd order the Blu's if they came out, I did. Details: The disc set costs £22.50. Shipping was £3.08, for a total of £25.58. No VAT tax (which is correct.) My CC was pinged $1.36, or one pound (I assume.) £25.58 is $34.78. Of course, the exchange rate can change, as well as the price of the discs. (Like all Amazon pre-orders, it's price matched.) Note: Careful which credit card you use. There is something called a "Foreign Transaction Fee", typically 3% on many cards. I used a Capitol One card, since they don't charge any FTF's. Check your credit card terms. ALSO NOTE: Cost of the Blu-Ray set was upped to £27.00 late today for a $6 price increase... And just in case you're intrested, here's a link to the discussion about the Chinese bootleg DVD's... AoS Season 4 on physical media?

Well, got the disc set yesterday.
Went through and tested every disc to make sure everything was okay, and man, the show looks great in 1080p @ 25mbps. You're not going to get that resolution when you stream it, and an immense upgrade over the bootleg DVD set. I'm reminded why S4 is my favorite season. Epic...
Interesting in the first ep, Piper and Davis are both in it. Davis' wife is pregnant. I wonder whatever happened to that.
There are two bonus features. The first is a blooper reel, but not the same one released last October. That one was 3:29, the one on disc is 4:55. The second is a set of 9 deleted scenes, and times in at 9:14. One of the deleted scenes involved Ivanov, Aida and a sawzall, lol. Obviously how he got this head in a jar. I suspect we'll see both online soon, unless Marvel/ABC squashes them on YouTube.
So I got the bootleg S5 DVD set Friday, the S4 Blu-Ray and the S1 declassified book yesterday. I wasn't planning on making this an AoS weekend, but it's turning out that way...
