We've already seen in the Doctor Strange movie that the Eye of Agamoto contains an Infinity Stone, namely the Time Stone. Steven uses the stone to turn back time, as well as putting it in an infinite loop. Now in Infinity War we see that he can also use the stone to turn time forward, to see every possible outcome of a situation, so he can chose the best one. Now, I'm wondering how this concept works out in combination with Fitz's belief that the future is set and cannot be changed in any way. He and Jemma and Elena think that there is only one future that is going to play out no matter what (while still trying to change it, though, ironically), yet Doctor Strange shows us that there are infinite possibilities. So does that prove the "invincible" trio wrong or are those concepts somehow compatible? Now I just want Fitz and Steven in a heated argument out the (im-)possibility of manipulating time to that extent in the first place.

"yet Doctor Strange shows us that there are infinite possibilities" But in the end there is still only one outcome. The time stone is obviously very powerful. To reshape time you need to reshape the universe. Making a different decision won't reshape the already shaped universe. It's like trying to change a flight trajectory from an airplane by pushing against the wall from the inside. Not gonna work. But hey , would love to see them in a heated argument.

Only one outcome that in this case Doctor Strange actually lives through, but that doesn't that other scenarios couldn't have also happened. Take for example the finale of the Doctor Strange movie. The attack on Honkong happened. Wong (and a lot of other people) died. But then Steven used the Time Stone and undid that, thereby - as has been explicitly pointed out - breaking the natural laws! Pretty sure the natural laws - of time in this case - are the same whether we're talking 90 seconds or 90 years. What happened happened, but if you have extraordinary circumstances (a Time Stone, knowledge of the future from time travel) it CAN be changed!
