If You Have The Time...

There are two sites that I know of that post transcripts fairly quickly after airing:

• Springfield! Springfield! (http://www.springfieldspringfield.co.uk/episode_scripts.php?tv-show=agents-of-s-h-i-e-l-d)
• A Russian site (https://bestseries.tv/subs/agents_of_shield/)

Both sites appear to download the closed captioning.  Unfortunately, this means that they contain just the dialogue, not who is saying the dialogue.

You can take a look at each to see which one is easier for you.  The Russian site is in Russian.  If you prefer to use it, you can either put the site into Google translate or you can know that the link you want will be at the very bottom of the page in the right column of links.  The left column is to download the episode; the right column is for transcripts.  The rows at the top half are for downloads and transcripts in Russian; the rows in the bottom half are for downloads and transcripts in English.

The advantage of the first site is that (1) the whole site is in English, making it easier to navigate; and (2) when the closed captioning indicates who is speaking (usually if the speaker is off screen), it does provide a name.  Unfortunately, the latter is true for probably less than 5% of the lines.  I use the Russian site for my studies of dialogue because that site puts the dialogue into tables.  I just copy the table, blank a column without dialogue, and insert character names into the table.  By the way, your rundowns help me a lot in doing so.  I confirm everything in a rewatch, but the more that I can fill in ahead of time, the less I need to pause the rewatch to catch up on who said what.
