From EW Spoiler Room: ew.com/tv/2017/03/03/spoiler-room-once-upon-time-arrow-supergirl/Did all those Daisys die in the HQ explosion on Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.? — MartinThat remains to be seen, but I have a hard time believing Fitz would mention enabling the “seek and destroy mode” just prior to the explosion and not getting resolution there. “When we come back, we’ll see how big of an explosion it really was,” EP Jed Whedon says. However, he hedges: “The idea was May sacrifices herself to try to put an end to what they’re doing.” So maybe don’t hold your breath?

On that note, I was also wondering the other day what the status of the other LMDs was. Mack was ripped apart by Skye, Coulson and May blew up to high heaven together, but what about Fitz and Mace? I can't remember at the moment.

I think Mace is toast, but Fitz might still be alive. It depends on how big that explosion really was.

This might be a silly question, but did I miss the explanation of what the multiple Daisy LMDs were for? Were they (the baddies) originally planning to send one out to each Inhuman location instead of bringing the Inhumans to the base? It just seems careless to blow your LMD cover by making multiple copies of the same person, and leave them in a location that's easily accessible.

I was confused about that too for a while, but then I remembered Mackbot telling Skye that making contact with each of the other inhumans in person would be a lot more effective than she would think. So I'm guessing they intended to abduct the real Skye on the Zephyr and then load up her memories into the bots to send all her copies out and bring in dozens of inhumans at once. That scene had such a Battlestar Galactica vibe btw.

Thanks, ayanami, that makes sense. I also wondered if they were like walking bombs, less sophisticated LMDs that would just walk up to the scattered Inhumans and explode. Probably a sensible option when dealing with random enhanceds.
