Seriously, if the writers don't make the guy a great-grandchild of some of the team members, with both Hunter's and Fitz' DNA somewhere in the mix, then that is a bloody crime against the gods of television! Awesome character development, awesome heroic sacrifice with major hints of too cool to live. Although, actually, my money is on the guy still kicking! After all, he wasn't just standing right in front of the explosion, but also right in front of a part of the monolith! Sooo... I want to see more snark battles between him and Skye, please!

Ooh what if a Hunter/Bobbi kid married a FitzSimmons kid and had Deke? That would be awesome! Though I still think if FitzSimmons were his grandparents, he would have known and mentioned it.

I agree. His closing spiel to the team and to Daisy before he goes to save Enoch was brilliant. He may have seemed a bit scatterbrained, but he knew what had to be done. Being witness to everything his parents believed in being true probably didn't hurt either.
As I said in my synopsis, I'm glad he died hero and not a dick. He could have gone either way...

Don't mind me, I'm just hanging around, not even trying to wipe that smug grin off my face!
