Guys, why did Coulson stay behind after the others went through the portal? WHHY??? Why did he have to go and be the hero... No worries. His heroic deeds will be remembered in our hearts and minds. And his older pals will be there as well. Cap, Iron Man, Thor. It will be a gigantically resonate event. Possibly right before the cataclysmic event.

Yeah, i was wondering why she was gone so long, too. Kasius had resurrected Elena there already, so where the hell did Elena go? Maybe she went to the rendezvous point, and came back when she found Mack went to look for her. I don't think so, because if she went to the rendezvous point she would have been with Jemma when Mack was rescued instead of a minute or two behind.

My first response is simply this: Hey Inhumans on ABC: you can have a villain like Maximus and get canned after eight eps, OR you can have a villain like Kasius and be the #1 rated Marvel television show. Just saying....... Pu-leeeaaaase!!! Maximus was the only thing that made this show at least a modicum of watchable! The entire "heroes" front, as well as writing, directing, etc. is what ruined it! Either way, though, watching Kasius beat Mack to a pulp was a thing of utter beauty, I have to say!

LOVED the episode! So much great stuff! So much brutal stuff! - Kasius finding Sinara dead on the ship. Poor guy! Yes, I know he was the villain, and I'm glad he's dead, but I still felt bad for him when he found the impaled corpse of the woman he loved. That he went pretty much insane afterwards just made it all worse. At least he didn't go out with a whimper, though, but with a bang! - Elena finding Elena. As soon as she was the one who went to find the revived inhuman it was clear that the majority here had guessed the identity of Kasius' "seer" right. Super depressing talk between the two! And the arms! Oh, god, the arms!! Did I mention I'm glad Kasius is dead? I imagine she also had one of those anti-inhuman devices installed, otherwise I would have hoped for some full-speed headbutts from her! Her end was heavy to watch and yet poetic from a writing POV. Kasius, who had just lost the woman he loved killed the woman Mack loved right in front of him, just out of revenge before going into his full-blown berserker-suicide-rage. Thereby ending the loop for Elena, just like Voss did with Robin two eps ago. Phew! Heavy stuff! - Deke. Honestly, I love you, man! See my thread in the character section: I'm not entirely convinced he's dead yet. If he is, damn, I'll miss him! - "Wardrobe malfunction." Uh-huh. Well, we'll see about that, Phil. As for now, I hate that you put Skye into this position. Also, I really don't want to see "Daisy Johnson, Director of Shield." Sorry, but just... no. - Simmons beginning to see the dark side in Fitz that's left in him after the Framework. Although, she clearly does have one of her own, as her plan for Flint to kill the Kree with the rocks from space clearly proved. - Poor Enoch. You were great, dude! Thanks for helping to give earth and humanity a second chance! Hope the team won't waste it. And now, back in time it is! Although I'd rather have a time machine to get me four weeks into the future right now!

Yeah, Enoch was great. He'll be missed. I appreciate your head canon, but Deke was atomized. Sorry You forgot the ever courageous Jemma Simmons saving Mack by giving Kasius a taste of his own mercurial medicine. C'mon...... you gotta admit...... you liked the shotgun axe in this episode.

I thought it interesting that Elena ended up with both arms amputated..she foretold it in the 1st episode, where Coulson said he wasn't Inspector Gadget..one of the best lines of the season, imo

Makes sense. That scene did seem a bit 'out there' for AoS' usual style. As for the shotgun axe, it was more that I was groaning a bit about the usual movie/tv trope, that has things go through people's bodies like a knife through butter. Like, seriously, the entire freaking thing went straight through?? Really?!? Also, kind of funny that Kasius ended up being killed by being stabbed in the back, after following his family's kamikaze tradition, when his brother had accused him of that cowardly way being the only way he knew how to defeat his enemies. Well, if there is a Kree afterlife, I hope that Kasius and Sinara meet up again there. And that they kick his stupid brother's ass; again!

As for the shotgun axe, it was more that I was groaning a bit about the usual movie/tv trope, that has things go through people's bodies like a knife through butter. Like, seriously, the entire freaking thing went straight through?? Really?!? Assuming Mack had enough power behind the shotgun axe, it could have gone right through, but it would have carried a great deal of Kasius' chest and innerds along with it. Probably would have broken the shotgun, too. I'm sort of amazed at the types of graphic deaths on this show. Hands and balls in chests, drills in eyes, guts sucked out, Hive crispies left behind, bodies sliced up, dozens (if not hundreds) of people/creatures killed by plain ol' gunshots and explosions, and even two complete impalements in the last two shows... (I guess if the blood is blue, it's okay.) This show might be more graphic than the movies. And I forgot to mention in my comments, I am disappointed that not only did Kasius not die slowly, but it wasn't even painful. I feel cheated...

ayanami, We saw a bit of Jemma's dark side a while back with her attempt to kill Ward that killed Bashi instead. Then again, she did go undercover in Hydra for a while. And Fitz was part of Hydra in the framework. They've both had up and close experiences with the evilness of Hydra.

As much fun I have with the EvilFitz as the Doctor and him being badass now, I still wish they have used this part of Jemma and turn her Evil instead. So much, that she would give Ophelia a run for her money or better let Jemma be Madam Hydra. Either way, though, watching Kasius beat Mack to a pulp was a thing of utter beauty, I have to say! In the comics he's Maximus the Mad; on ABC he's Maximus the Meh. To say he's the best part of one of the worst shows of the season really isn't high praise.
