Just to be safe: SPOILER WARNING
First off, the big one that is bothering me the most:
1. Why is he so 'stuck' on Daisy getting her powers? This episode and last he's brought up her using her powers and then seemed frustrated when she's responded to him. He knows she can be an agent *without* them.
Also, he *usually* has empathy for other people and should theoretically understand why Daisy might not be so quick to 'get back on the horse'.
Is it because he thinks she needs powers because she is heir to the throne? Because that's how I'm interpreting it.
2. Obvious question: where was he in the 'The Last Day' future-past timeline?
3. What's wrong with his arm? Why was he poking and feeling the flesh and blood part of his left arm above his elbow and below his shoulder? They made a point to show it and that he stopped when Daisy walked in.

1. I think he wants her to have her powers because the rest of them cannot physically fight Kasius with a Chance of winning, or at least not easily... Not even Yo-Yo.
2. I'm guessing it has something to do with the deal with Ghost Rider. I cannot think of anything else.
3. No idea unless he got an injury when Grill caught them.

Metrics are on their right arms, not left. Although, I guess he could have hurt himself when he was bracing himself from the shock. But I feel like if that was the case, we would have seen a scene like that earlier because that was 3 episodes ago.

I wasn't talking about the metrics, but I can't remember everything that happened in that scene. Was there a scene where they were being shot at, because if so he could have been shot. I don't know, I think mom called during that scene (where he was checking out his arm) and I missed that bit for the most part. I do know that one scene he said he was trying to fix his fake hand, but that's the only one I remember. I'm not sure if it was Daisy in that scene or one of the others.

But in that scene I'm referring to from 5x09, he's wearing a short sleeve shirt and it's obvious that there is no visible injury.

Is it because he thinks she needs powers because she is heir to the throne? Because that's how I'm interpreting it. I think Coulson wants offense. They're up against the Kree, who are a bit more capable than Humans. With May injured, Daisy is their only projection of power. (And while Coulson didn't see the Daisy/Sinara fight, it's obvious Daisy cannot defeat a well trained Kree in single handed combat.) You got my answer in the other thread. You didn't like it there, you probably won't like it here. Now, that doesn't mean it's true. In 2091 Kasius doesn't recognize Mack and FitzSimmons. I don't think Coulson and Kasius ever meet in 2091, which may be a clue that they tangle in the past. Could it be that by the time the Kree arrive, Fitz has a working machine and Mack, Coulson, Fitz and Simmons (if she isn't dead) have traveled to another timeline? We probably won't know until team arrives back to 2018. I hope we'll see what transpires in the near future. Well, after Coulson is hit in the head in the Zephyr, Daisy asks him if he's okay, and Coulson answers, "I've been worse, but I've been better, too." in a pretty weak voice. If there's a problem with Coulson, we may see it sooner than later...

God damn it.
Every one of the answers to these questions is "He's dying".
Hindsight is fun.
