So I came up with a few questions about Kasius:
1. He knew Elena by sight. He knew Daisy by sight. He knew May by sight (most likely).
Why didn't he know Jemma by sight? Why did he have to go through the trouble of having Ben confirm Daisy and Jemma's story? Or was that some kind of show?
2. Why does he only sell Inhumans off?
Wouldn't he be able to find buyers for regular old human being slaves? Sure that would tick them off and would probably incite a rebellion among the whole human population, but he could easily sell humans who get in trouble as opposed to sending them to the surface.
3. Isn't he basically just really lucky that he was going on minding his own business when he's told "The Destroyer of Worlds" is on her way to his house, especially if he really didn't recognize Jemma?
But even if he did recognize Jemma, he still got basically lucky because she too just showed up in his life.

I think this may be a big reason why some think she is the "seer" that he spoke of at the end of last week's episode. He probably recognized May too from 2022 because she probably had a confrontation with him. Jemma may have stayed out of sight in 2022 and earlier/later, so he may not have actually seen her. He didn't recognize Fitz either when he was posing as a marauder. Could be same reason as Jemma.

Those records would explain how he knew that Kree blood can bring humans back from the dead...unless he, like certain TAHITI scientists/HYDRA scientists, thought to himself, 'Let's see what happens when I put this blood in this corpse...'

Well, Daisy was also famous (or infamous, if you will) because people think she destroyed the earth. So, he could have known about her because of that. Didn't Yo-Yo register with the Sokovia Accords though, if so, that could be another reason he knows her. He could have accessed those records at some point? Oh, wait... Didn't Virgil say something about there being some kind of trading cards for the team members? Maybe either Jemma and Fitz didn't have one or Virgil never acquired those? I dunno. It seems confusing.

Why did he have to go through the trouble of having Ben confirm Daisy and Jemma's story? Or was that some kind of show? Jemma may have been dead by the time the Kree arrived. The flashback scenes in 2022 may not have all been in 2022. I certainly don't think they were in order. The scene with May/Robin/Yo-Yo is brightly lit, which means the Kree had already restored the power cells. The other two or three flashbacks with May in charge (including the one where Robin predicted Jemma's death) are dark, and previous to that scene, I think. So Jemma may have died according to Robin's prophecy before the Kree arrived. I don't think they were looking for slaves in the traditional sense. They wanted powered people for their fight club. Do you think Kasius is feeling lucky at this point in the story?

But even if he did recognize Jemma, he still got basically lucky because she too just showed up in his life. 1. I assume that he knew Elena by sight based on the information that his seer gave him. The seer is probably the "latest acquisition" that Kasius was talking about at the beginning of the most recent episode, so the seer would not have been able to help Kasius in any previous episode. Otherwise, Kasius seems to know that there is a prophecy concerning S.H.I.E.L.D., but he does not seem to know details such as who specifically is prophesized to come from the past or even the number of individuals in question. Daisy appears to be a legend, so Kasius would know about her even if he needed Deke to point her out. I doubt that he knew May by sight. Most likely, what he knew about May came from what May said while in custody and from knowing that she helped Simmons treat the servitor. I doubt that Kasius recognized Simmons, but Kasius was likely suspicious from the beginning (e.g., noticing that Simmons did not have a metric or a scar from a removed metric). Upon learning from Deke that Daisy travelled from the past, Kasius figured out that Simmons did as well. It is also possible that Deke suggested that Simmons traveled from the past so that Daisy and Simmons would be put together. 2. I cannot imagine why anyone would travel all the way to earth just to purchase mundane slaves. It took superpowers to attract buyers. At most, I can see normal humans thrown in to sweeten a deal, such as selling Simmons along with The Destroyer of Worlds. 3. As backroadjunkie noted above, Kasius probably does not feel lucky now. For a couple of episodes, he felt very lucky. He noted to Sinara that The Destroyer of Worlds might finally be their way off earth.

That doesn't explain why he didn't recognize Fitz though. Unless he too died before the Kree arrived. Back in 2022, Elena went up to fight Kasius, against May's warning. With her skills, determination, experience and power she could easily have become the leader of the resistance that have fought Kasius for a while. Kasius likely also had her body somewhere and brought it back to life. Since she is from the future she knows what will happen. Kasius kills and brings her back to life untill she tells him what he wants to know. Jemma, Fitz and May never fought Kasius. Therefore he didn't recognize them.

I'll toss this into this thread... Someone speculated that it would be daddy Kasius that invades the Earth. I would rather see daddy Kasius turn out to be just like his sons, bully cowards that depend on others to maintain their power. Daddy probably cow-tows to his wife, and its Mama Kasius that is the true invader.
On a semi-related thought, why the hell would Sinara remain loyal to Kasius, when he expected her to sacrifice herself in the fight with Daisy, just to please his dad by delivering the Destroyer of Worlds?
