Not much spoilery here. However, what Clark says about how he anticipates fans reacting to the episode makes me think I should start wearing gloves all the time so I can avoid biting my nails... linkety link

Ghost Rider is probably going to show up and drag Coulson's ass to hell or something because of their 'deal'.

Dropping this here, because this week's Spoiler Room is about the 100th Episode. Basically says the same thing but with different words so maybe someone will read between the definitions and find a clue? Entire Spoiler Room ArticleAoS Portion: Spoilers on the 100th episode of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.? — Ralph Clark Gregg promises it will be quite the ride for long-time viewers. “Fans who hope that a 100th episode will contain something that will be a cataclysmic event or a gigantically resonate event for their feels after 100 episodes will not be disappointed,” he says. Make of that what you will.

Here's the statements from the two articles. Any clues? Clark Gregg promises it will be quite the ride for long-time viewers. “Fans who hope that a 100th episode will contain something that will be a cataclysmic event or a gigantically resonate event for their feels after 100 episodes will not be disappointed,” he says. Make of that what you will.
Gregg said fans can expect, “Some big things. A very big thing,” in the 100th episode. Gregg went on to offer a hint at how fans will react to that “big thing” in the show’s milestone episode: “A very big thing that has been hinted at in my episode that will – if you’re like me, it will destroy any long term fans of the show.” My thoughts: on the one hand we see the words cataclysmic and "destroy any long term fans of the show." We also see "gigantically resonate event for their (the fans) feels;" now Knowing how Clark can be this could be something good.?.?.? But, there's not getting past cataclysmic and destroy....... then my old sleuthy spider sense kicked in and: I looked at the S5 poster and official pic and got immediately concerned. In the pic, every one is standing and defiantly looking at the camera; except for Jemma Simmons. Then, yet again, Jemma Simmons's position, posture and facial expression is different than the others in the poster. I fear for her........ especially when you add Robin's drawing. (Now to see if pics can be spoiler tagged) (don't know why the first one was so big, should've been a thumbnail like the others.....) Well, that's my spider-sense-sleuthing (for now)

Regarding the drawing/prediction of Robin that shows three brunettes: Guys, why are we assuming that the brunette on the ground is Jemma? Are there clues in that drawing that point specially to Jemma other than hair color? I mean Yo-Yo's hair is a lighter brown than Daisy's and May's too, isn't it? I mean, slightly. Not that that's good either, but, just saying. And if it is Jemma, we saw all the weapons Fitz was packing up for the journey. It's still possible that the Jemma bot was among the items he took with him. It could be the Jemma bot in the picture. If Robin didn't know about the Jemma bot, she could have misinterpreted her vision, right? I mean, she is young.
Also, Robin showed Fitz this picture saying he needed to save his friends. That makes me think that the picture would only come true if Fitz didn't go to the future to save them. His presence there could have already changed the events in that drawing. Just trying to stay optimistic.

Just trying to stay optimistic. Pretty much. And I think it was May he saved and would have died according to the picture (stabbed).

I have seen this suggested already and I can see them maybe pulling something like that.

Captain Jack Harkness has already done that exact thing (time traveled in order to be up and about living his life at the same time he was in cryostasis).
