I know all the plotline excuses for doing things this way (the prophecy said this day and hour (tag heuer)), but wouldn't it have made more sense to wake Fitz a week earlier to go over all the aspects of his cover? Heck, with Fitz a couple extra hours would probably have been enough.

Heck, with Fitz a couple extra hours would probably have been enough. Fitz woke up a few days earlier to prepare himself with the help of Enoch. I have had thoughts of maybe wake him up a year earlier or so. At the time Enoch put hm in stasus he didn't kow enough about what was going on. But now he probably does and he could have woken up earlier. But then I think, ah well, maybe a few days is more than enough. |

From what we see in the sneak peek, he seems pretty ill-prepared; especially since they had 70 some odd years to play with. Maybe Enoch didn't understand how much prep a human would need?
