Why doesn't Yoyo just take a heartbeat, put the gun to the 'lizard's head, and blast him?

I'm at the equivalent of that time of day at work when you have to stop looking at clocks and your watch because time has slowed to a crawl.
By this I mean I've stopped counting down the days AND HOURS until the premiere because if I don't i'll just be miserable.

One thing that is already bugging me about the previews, and if you haven't watched them then this is a slight <spoiler> Why doesn't Yoyo just take a heartbeat, put the gun to the 'lizard's head, and blast him? </spoiler> wrong brackets for your spoiler tag: [ ] In the most recent preview (released yesterday, I think), it showed Yo-Yo kinda surprised/disoriented/disillusioned (possibly about not being able to use her powers?). Dunno. I'll have to watch it again. Daisy can use hers, so one would think that Yo-Yo could as well....... but, then again, this is AoS so anything could be possible. Oops, forgot to cover what refers to what you considered a spoiler... I was thinking that too, but the lizard also seems to be moving really fast to dodge the blasts. It could also be that the weapon doesn't fire fast enough for her to do it. I'm predicting Mack is going to throw his ax and Yoyo is going to use the heartbeat to zoom in and plant it in the lizard's head. |

I didn't find it all that spoilery really, especially you skip about the first 5 minutes. After that, the team wants spoilers to know what the hell is happening. And also, the best part is I'm not Inspector Gadget! I thought I would be arrested. Prison is bad enough without being down an appendage! Leave it to Mack, the one responsible for Coulson missing a hand to be pissed at Coulson for bringing 'just a prosthetic' civilian hand to space. Oh the irony.
Anyways, love that the title card is nothing special and is the same title card from '5722 Hours'. |
