As I recall, Jamie's schedule and commitment to her show Blindspot and it's filming interfered with being able to do Thor: Ragnarok

I believe that Feige has stated that Sif is still alive and was out on a mission of some sort elsewhere in the cosmos when the events of Ragnarok took place.

Yep.

I've seen Thor 2 twice. Both times for Erik because my reason for watching the first Thor movie wasn't in it.
