Question on the Darrington Dare episode, did my eyes deceive me or was that Howard Charles (Porthos from BBC's Musketeers) playing Gethic (I believe that was the arch-nemesis' name)? I can verify that the name Howard Charles was in the on screen credits for the episode and his IMDb picture looks like the character, but none of the sites have actually listed the guest cast. Close enough? Close enough for me Thanks (I missed the on screen credits and we'd already deleted the episode from our DVR by the time I thought to check).

Tonight's episode is 'The Disenchanted Forest'. Too bad, I'd love to see how Jake Stone would react to 'The Enchanted Forest'.
Cassandra probably wouldn't be allowed inside.

Was that summer camp song they played from the movie "meatballs"?

Well, we finally got to see the scene from the season trailer with Jenkins wielding a lightsaber. I have to say I'm really disappointed. I wanted to see a real one, not a toy, be it an artifact or because an artifact had allowed it to be taken out of the movie. And no way one of those toys would really have stood up to a single parry from a real sword.
Oh, and Jenkins' dance across the booby trapped floor - he need not worry, even if Jeff's friends had recorded a video it still would have shown Jeff and not Jenkins doing the dance.

All in all, I loved this Jenkins-centric episode though! Lots of laugh out loud moments.

I liked last night's episode, but I'm not looking forward to next week. It looks to be Hunger Games inspired and I abhor Hunger Games.

I haven't watched the Hunger Games, but Battle Royale, the Japanese version which came first, was rather disturbing. Looks like Jenkins's body will be controlled by someone else for a second consecutive episode.

I wonder if he will tether with Eve to the library (or is he able to?) or if Flynn will show up last minute to do it lol.

Hunger Games(2012)/Battle Royale(2000), Ringu(1998)/The Ring(2002), Ju-On(2000)/The Grudge(2004), and their respective sequels, with The Grudge even going so far as to get the same Japanese actress to play the evil spirit as well as the director from Ju-On.

Well, 4 if Flynn comes back, but if they do that and the tethering ceremony actually takes place, it seems like it would a series-ending event...

Flynn would be just like Bob Newhart in the mirrors from time to time and he wouldn't be taking the spotlight every time he's in an episode. It would be a plus for the series.

I'll take your word for it. Its been so long since I saw the episodes with him, I can't remember exactly how all that works. Still though, if there can only be one Librarian, I am confused. How would the show keep the other characters active? I am really not up to speed on the details, sorry....
