Can Coulson donate blood?
I'd also ask if he could recieve blood but I think that's fairly obvious. He would have gone anemic from the blood loss from his hand getting chopped off.
Does his heart continuously pump blood that is GH .325 infused? We know that it's still in him (and Daisy). If it does, does that mean the donor blood is altered by the preexisting blood to be the same?
Does the fact that GH .325 still appears in them mean that Coulson's DNA (and the other 2 TAHITI patients) *has* been altered, even on a miniscule level?
These have been Casey Rook's weird thougts of the day (that she's willing to share).

I dunno if it's so much that it's changing their systems or that it's just there now, having done its job the first time. Kind of like you can detect chemicals in hair long after they're no longer being consumed.

I've always entertained the idea that Kree blood hosts some kind of subatomic bacteria or other living organism that can take over another organism (living or dead apparently) and transform it to meets its needs like a parasite (parasites have hosts and the 'H' in GH stands for host). In this way, both Coulson's and Daisy's bodies would have been altered, perhaps enough that their hearts do in fact pump out GH .325 (or at least the Kree ingredients if there were others) continuously.

Can Coulson donate blood? Not a chance. Having lived through a little non-hodgkins lymphoma problem, they'll never take my blood, nor organs, or so my oncologist tells me. (I asked once at a blood donation at Dragon*Con, and they said no, but they gave me a t-shirt anyway. ) I assume being dead and given an alien blood treatment would put him in the same boat. And, it appears, you've had many of these episodes...

My blood isn't toxic to people if I bleed all over them, but it wouldn't be compatible flowing through anyone else's cardiovascular system. I always have weird thoughts and am willing to share (most of) them while I do nothing all day but wait until it's time to go to work.

I'm pretty sure GH stands for guest house. I believe that Coulson's blood is his own. I think the whole point of the almost deadly transformation was to prove that he was NOT permanently changed by the transfusion, and to give him a cool arm.
